Ordered a couple meals today for breakfast and was disappointed to get home and find that they left the hash browns out of both meals. Normally I'm very happy with the service I get from Whataburger but for some reason today they fell short.

I left without the food, unfortunately the manager was very rude, my order never appeared and she had no intention of solving it kindly, she just sent me to park in a very bad way and only told me I don't speak Spanish.

The wait time was 45 minutes and when the food food came out, one whole sandwich was wrong and the fries were cold like they had been sitting. I asked for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with cheese and one was completely regular with no cheese. I would like to see them do a little bit better. It was disappointing and because we waited so long, we just left but that’s not right.

Same order. Two different days and both times it was wrong. Despite my repeating the order several times. And the food was terrible both times except for the fries. No wonder the late night line is getting shorter.
