I eat here often and have for years. Most always have a good experience. Depends on who's working and mostly at night is when customer service degrades. After 10pm I've been totally ignored at the counter and drive thru is always slow. But food is always fresh and has been mostly accurate. I'll take that over speed anytime.
5/25 update...I haven't eaten here in a while as my fast food consumption is way down, I did stop by today and while some things...

I stopped here for a quick dinner meal between appointments. The facility was clean and orderly. The cashier was prompt and friendly. The food was prepared timely as ordered. The food was ok, I had a better food experience at a different Whataburger in the past.

I just have to point out the awesome here. No matter how busy they get or how confusing an order can be, they provide great customer service with a smile. They’re attentive, patient (even when you’re face deep in paperwork in the drive-thru), and courteous. That’s no small thing for a fast food restaurant this day and age.
