My mom and I visited this WhatABurger on Dec 20th 11:32am....even though I was in the drive thru I was greeted with an EXCELLENT attitude by KAYLEN I had like 3 different orders she was patient and she provided some of the best customer service I was surprised....you just don't get that in 2025....when I pulled up to pay the manager YVONNE was assisting and she too was great!!!.....so great that I asked them to provide me with their names so I could do this review THANK YOU LADIES please continue to be kind it's so important nowadays GOD BLESS you both

Got a spicy chicken sandwich and is the worst sandwich I’ve ever gotten what a shame makes me want to never go back to whataburger it was an all black staff and it shows that they don’t put effort into the food fries are cold sandwich looked like a car ran over it i think a hot n spicy would have been a better choice i got my order at 8:00 pm on 12/4/25 don’t go to this location especially at this time 😡🤢

I go to the Whataburger almost everyday. I would like to recognize SARA. Very nice , respectable and excellent customer service. She always goes out of her way to take of me. Great customer service !!! .

Employees didn't put food in the bag and refused refund. The manager even lied and said that the delivery driver bagged the food after hours when they are closed in the inside. They give the Whataburger franchise a bad name!
