Service here has declined over the last few months. I order online frequently and normally I give a 5, but I am cutting my rating down until they figure out the timing. I ordered a breakfast platter at 10:35 and didn’t get my food until 11:02am. When I complained to the manager, she said it was because the biscuits were being cooked fresh. While this lie may work for the average consumer I used to manage Whataburger and know the cooking times, so now the store lacks accountability
