Service here has declined over the last few months. I order online frequently and normally I give a 5, but I am cutting my rating down until they figure out the timing. I ordered a breakfast platter at 10:35 and didn’t get my food until 11:02am. When I complained to the manager, she said it was because the biscuits were being cooked fresh. While this lie may work for the average consumer I used to manage Whataburger and know the cooking times, so now the store lacks accountability

Asked for patty on the side for my dog and they put it in my burger. The lady said she will take it back so they can remake it and all they did was take out the patty, wrap it, and give it back to me. This patty was for my dog, and now it has avocado in it and he can’t eat it. Booo

Sat in line, with three people in front of me, for 20 minutes. They gave me the wrong drink with no straw, a large fry that was half empty, and my food was stone cold.
I want the $17.00 back they took, knowing the food and service was horrible. Unbelievable!
Whataburger is such a HUGE disappointment. This is not the first location with the same issues. Shame on the managers who don't care about their customers enough to provide good food and service!
