They were in the weeds, so it took quite a while for my pick up order to be ready, but it did give me time to ask if the person I was dashing for if they needed any condiments or anything.
I pulled up through drive-thru and was so impressed with the customer service I received. I’ve NEVER gone through a drive-thru without getting rushed or given an attitude while placing my order. These few seconds with Evon have left the greatest feeling in my soul. I felt so happy that I couldn’t wait to see who took my order. Ty Evon for the experience, and I just wanted you to know that your service didn’t go unnoticed. ♥️ if Evon isn’t taking my order, then I don’t want it!!!! 🤣

We went earlier around 10:00 this morning. First thing they said is the drink machine was down due to yearly maintenance.So I asked so we're supposed to pay a full amount for a combo and then not get a drink. And he replied I'll only charge you for the burger and the fries which ends up costing more than the meal. They did however have iced tea which they didn't mention but we ended up getting that. And then we were told they were only accepting cash. Thankfully I had cash on me. What others were less fortunate after waiting in line and going through the drive-thru to be told that. I suggested they put a sign outside saying cash only and on both doors and outside by drive-thru. So people didn't waste their whole lunch break waiting on Whataburger just to be told this.
