Curb side service is terrible. Always have to go in to get my food. And it has been sitting on the counter in the kitchen. But the employee have a great social life there having a blast and getting paid for poor service

Bugs were all over the walls both in the restaurant area and restroom. Spills left unattended and tables were filthy. With eight employees hanging around you would have thought maybe one of two could maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant. I am surprised with the amount of filth everywhere this place has not received any health code violations. The employees sure loved getting themselves fountain drinks constantly. Maybe focus on cleaning the restaurant area first then quench your throat. 😂

Curbside pickup stay messing up, not on the orders but the awareness that your outside waiting. Had to come inside to see my order been ready for the past 20 minutes. Lack of accountability as well

I ordered a Sausage bob whatameal. The bag was taped up, and I believed the straw was inside the bag. I was in a hurry, and when I got home, I noticed the bag did not have the hashbrowns I paid for. It also lacked a straw and napkins. Usually when I order here the clerk that is bringing my food out for pickup spills the top quarter inch of the drink onto the outside of my door panel, and partially inside the vehicle, with a mess all over one side of the cup itself, due to them not knowing how to secure a lid. That did not happen this time, so credit where it's due, I guess.

Bad quality cold food.What a burger known for 24/7 dining but dine in closed at 10.Making wait in the line 30 minutes and when called a guy who was a little fat in grey shirt and light beard telling dont come again.This guy should be taken off right away
