I received these French fries 9/5 at 849 AM!! They hard this very unacceptable.. I didn’t have time to take them back, I usually looks in my bag … so sad never will go back

I ordered burger , asked for toasted buns . The buns are so burnt I can’t eat it . But, you want our business , but the food that you are putting out is awful . I rate you less than a 1. I would not recommend this store to any .

Here are the facts, arrived at 4:25 pm today, drive-through. I ordered my food. Pulled up to the yellow line. Waited 15 minutes. Finally got my food. 98% of my fries were 1 inch long and tasted old. Patty melt was OK. Careful when pulling into the drive-through. There is a huge pothole, at least one foot deep. I thought it was a puddle of water until the front end of my car sank into it and heard a loud scrape. Never, Going Back Again do not recommend..

Horrible customer service. I drive Uber at night, and sometimes I get hungry and want something to eat. I went to this location at 4:00 AM using the drive-thru and got no answer for 5 minutes. I thought I was close, so I went around in my car. Three employees were talking, not working, so I left and went to another location, and the service was awesome. Today, I decided to give it another try, with the same result. I don't even know how the food tastes at this location because the service is awful. I'm done trying; I will never go back to this location again.

4 visit in past 2 months. Never again. The ordering goes 50/50. But when you get your food its been horrible every time. I'm done with this location. Corporate needs to mystery shop the hell out of this location and correct the quality issues.

The worst whataburger that i have ever attended. Waiting for 2 burgers for more than 20 min is insane. Plus they didn’t give me some condiments that i paid for and couldn’t go and ask again since lobby was closed and no one would open the door or even look my direction as if i wasn’t there. The food was horrible.

This location I’ve been here about three or four times and every single time you go you have to wait 20 minutes for your food With zero customers inside and no cars behind you it’s ridiculous just for a happy meal like get with the program
