Looks like this location is in a doom loop -- poor service, bad food, nobody shows up, management cuts costs and it just gets worse. Last two times I've ordered a simple breakfast biscuit sandwich and both times it's about a 20 min wait. I can make my own hot breakfast faster than that. Luckily the food was good both times, but why press my luck. Last time I was there at 6:30am and there were very few customers. I drive past the WB Pearland at 5:30am and the line of cars wraps around the store. Too bad this potentially great location can't get it together.

I came here to pick up Uber orders and when I tell you that 3rd shift crew is on top of it!!! They are handling the walk ins and uber orders in an orderly and quick fashion!!! I ordered some fries cuz I see that they keep fresh food steady coming out. I believe her name Antoinette but man she be delegating!!!

First trip to Texas and Whataburger. I would definitely come back.
Went inside to ask for more spicy ketchup after a drive thru order, manager tells me “next time add spicy ketchup to your order”. Maybe next time give more than 1 spicy ketchup per person when they DO ASK FOR SPICY KETCHUP

Ordered ahead. Drive through service was friendly; but, my order was wrong: I ordered the seasonal burger and got an entirely different chicken creation 😳 I double checked my receipt to make sure I hadn't made the mistake. I had to drive back. Again, the service was friendly & they corrected my order it was super hot, fresh and delicious.

Ordered on line, this location is always super busy, and I get back to work just to see they gave me some old , hard Chicken bites. This meal was 14 dollars. I won’t be back at this location I tried to give them a chance but I’ll literally just drive to the other location near here.
