I went on a Saturday night to pickup an online order through the drive thru. Apparently their speaker box was not working so they had a young lady in the line taking orders. I informed her of my order and heard her call it in. 6-8 minutes later I arrive at the window only to be told to pull around because they had no mobile orders. Huh?!? I do so and wait another 5 minutes only to be brought out a cold order which was clearly ready when I was at the window. On top of that my “medium” onion ring had 6….yes 6 onion rings total. Terrible experience! Will not be returning any time soon. Do better!

24 hours at the drive thru. The service needs improvement, due to the employees having a sad type demeanor. In addition this location is cheap with condiments, I asked for ketchup and the cashier grabbed a few in one hand but just handed me one. I had to keep asking for more as she continued to give me one at a time.

I came on the third to get two sweet and spicy meals. The food was disgusting and was presented nasty as hell. I love Whataburger, but never have. I tasted anything of such. The employees was very rude. Both the manager Maria, and a coworker by the name of Gisele, I will be going to corporate because after I brought the issue to them I was never apologize for my inconvenience nor was I asked if I wanted my food replaced I got hung up on. This is very crazy and people shouldn’t be treated like this. I will be reaching out to corporate and taking the following steps to make sure that both the manager And the lady will be punished for the way they treated and handled me. Also below is a picture of the burger that I got very very disgusting PLEASE DONT COME HERE
