24 hours at the drive thru. The service needs improvement, due to the employees having a sad type demeanor. In addition this location is cheap with condiments, I asked for ketchup and the cashier grabbed a few in one hand but just handed me one. I had to keep asking for more as she continued to give me one at a time.

I did my order online for pickup and it did not go well. There was a coupon for a $1.00 Carmel shake. It didn't take off the shake and charged me $3.99. I went inside to get a refund and they told me that I would have to go online and ask for a refund. Three employees told me the same thing. I was calling the customer service line when a lady came out of the back and asked them what was going on and they explained to her the situation and the lady stated to give her four...

I'm in the middle bc I didn't taste the sauce on my patty melt just pepper Jack cheese and onions not even salt... my onion rings were hot out of the grease but no flavor not even salt... they have me napkins but not one condiment... no ketchup and no salt... so it sat in the bag until I got home and you all know how rewarmed food is...
