The hashbrowns always look and taste like they sit in oil too long and my jalapeño biscuit looks flat and fried. I’m so disappointed in the food. This is not an isolated occurrence. It’s every time I go, the food has not been its best.

This whataburger needs new management because they are doing it all wrong. They have messed up our orders in the past but this time I'm done ever going there.
I ordered 2 hours ahead of time for a curbside pick up. My husband volunteered to pick it up because we were hurrying up to get to an event for my children. He waited and waited. I called him when it was 25 mins after the time he was suppose to have the food and already be home but he was now inside waiting in a long line trying to pick up our "fast" food.
There was not one apology for the ridiculously bad service or anyone trying to fix it. We cancelled the order online b/c he needed to be home then so we wouldn't be late for our event. Thanks to that service we all went hungry to the event. We all know how fun it is to have hungry children.
Even the return message from their corporate office didn't include an apology about our terrible experience. Thanks for making us make healthier choices in the future and not eating Whataburger.

Very rude service from employee tonight. I have been coming to this location for years now and never have I experienced this much hostility and attitude from an employee. Not sure if Yaely is not happy with her job. But her attitude was awful.

Avoid this location! I don't know what happened to this location, food used to be good, service was good. Now it's just crap, they always get orders wrong. Employees are lazy and rude, if you do curbside there's no point because you still have to get off and go in to get your food. Today my husband decided to get food from this location, after not going for a while since they screw everything up. The fries tasted like they were old, hard. My burger was so greesy that the bun was soggy, it also looked like they used the buns from the kids burger on the patty melt. Were they running low on bread or what?!?! ... whoever the manager is, needs to go!

If I could give zero stars I would. This was horrible and honestly this location has gone down hill for awhile with wait times being ridiculous. But today’s visit was the final straw for me. After waiting for an insane amount of time they couldn’t even give me the correct order. Not only that when I walked in to ask for my missing items there was no one in the front counter except a lot of angry customers with insane wait times and wrong orders. When someone finally decided to come out which staffing is not an issue because they had multiple employees standing around with apparently nothing to do which makes no sense because hello you have ridiculous wait times. Someone finally came up to me and didn’t even apologize just snatched my bags from my hands and took them to the back. The manager walked right past me and didn’t say a word. I get if this was a one off but this is a regular occurrence at this location. I will not be returning. And to top it off got home and order is still wrong.

Besides the great food, the staff is very attentive and goes the extra mile to ensure you're happy. Notably, staff goes by each table to ask if things are right. If not, they make it right. Almost all the time, service and food is great, but once they fixed a problem quickly for me.
