Why do y’all servers find it hard to just put in the SEALED sauce packet of creamy pepper sauce in the bag, I asked them to not give me the one they pre-pack because they don’t give you enough and they make more work for themselves doing that I even asked for the server to make sure it’s the sealed one which she said she would and it’s EVERY time just use the closed packet…

Worst drive thru service. I arrived waited in line to get to speaker to order and when arrived they say to pull to lane B where I had to wait another line to order. Every car behind me placed their order and received it before me. They are obviously trying to copy Chick-fil-A but do a very bad job at it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE EATING AT WHATABURGER DUE TO ALWAYS HAVING SERVICE.

This place had horrible service , they took so long to take our order and the place was also dirty. Besides this, I had to sent my son to the hospital because the food Was bad. Dont recomend this place at all!! Dont eat here if you dont want to go to the hospital!!

Took forever to get my milkshake and that's all I ordered. They stand around discussing things and laughing like I wasn't even there and then they figured out I was waiting
Took them 20 mins for my food to arrive at drive through around 9pm and they brought my drinks which both were sprite they were flat and disgusting. The lady told me she would return with fresh ones. 20 minutes later and I was still waiting for drinks until I asked them to give me another flavor. What a frustrating experience. Do better

The menu said kids meals were $5.29, and when we asked to be compensated for the receipt saying $5.79 before tax, Kashiela said, "it is what it is."
Make sure you fully check your order. They mask and older burger by scrapping off the toppings. Add whatever you ordered and serve it to you.
I don't know if it was just the time I went but this whataburger has fast service.
