This store is the place to go for breakfast is you want fresh food. I love to see the same faces are consistent and pleasant. Joy is such a wonderful person with that great attitude in the morning! Keep up the good work …… my fave all the way!

be so for real guys, how are you going to have more than 5 people working in the same area and still miss giving ketchup, putting labels and giving out the right drinks? the food was good yeah, love me a #6 but i shouldn’t have to ask for ketchup when yall ask at the speaker making it sound like you’ll put it in, only for me to find you didn’t put jack. then you give me the wrong drinks, then you forget to label stuff. so many bad reviews and yall still not changing anything. cmon now

We always have to stop here for our post Daddy visit. It's tradition. We visit my late husbands grave and then we come here for the usual. Something he use to do with our kids. . The staff is always great. There is one young Hispanic girl in particular. She's always so sweet and southern with how she talks. Saying momma's or love. I wish I could remember her name. We always look forward to seeing her and without her knowing , making her apart of our very special daddy routine.

We placed our order on the way to the airport. The lady at the window was a little bit rude, got our order wrong. We asked for onion rings instead of fries with both of our meals. The only thing that was correct was my husband's double patty, and the whata sauce that we ordered. We didn't have time to turn around and exchange it for the correct sides.

Very bad experience as I order white gravy with my order not buffalo ranch! My receipt said 1 ketchup and you can clearly see in my bag there was no ketchup and to top it off no napkins! 🤦♀️🙄. Please do better people! Verify the order at the window 1, 2 or 3 times if you have to but always make sure the orders are correct!!
I placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready from 12:12 p.m. to 12:15 p.m. at 12:35 p.m. I had to go inside to get my food. If you don't have anyone to bring food out don't offer curbside mobile orders. The lady searched through orders and sure enough mine was just sitting on a shelf. When I got my food it was cold and the shake was melted plus they gave me spicy ketchups instead of regular ketchup because I went inside to get my food I had to get my own lid and straw for my shake. This is unacceptable for whataburger. Next time I'll be going through the drive-thru if there is a next time at this location. Location off of i-45 and West Road Houston Texas.

The coke they gave me was tasteless. Not only that but they took forever to give me my order. Don't these people realize people got lives and places to be? They want to tell you to download the app just to get your order wrong.
