Getting paid to make sure the order is correct. Buy sauce after traveling all day. Get home and the sauce that I paid for ain't there. Ridiculous.

We DoorDashed our food from this restaurant and they did not seal our food like all other food spots we order from DoorDash. Y’all need to seal all orders because you never know the driver may be up to something.

Im not sure why but the quality of the food has diminished a bit. The fries are soggy and the bread is different. You can almost smell the preservatives. I still eat here but its not automatic anymore

They make you pick up mobile order inside even though mobile app gives you drive through option. There was no one in the line or inside.

Very disappointed, I ordered online and the food was not ready. By the time I got the food it was 30 min after the promised time. Then I discovered they were out of Coke! Then I said give me whatever you have and then another 20 minutes for the drink by this time I'm just waiting to see if they actually remember. I finally get the drink and leave. I get home and obviously everything is cold and the food is just trash. Didn't eat it, didn't get a refund just amazed on the apathy.

i’m not sure if it’s all locations, but their drive-through‘s and curbside suck big ones! and i’ve been holding that in for AWHILE, but anyways count on waiting for cold food AND the wrong order smdh

Slow service.. management is poor...cold food. Fuqua location is much better. Too much money spent on horrible food and service. Worst Whataburger in Texas! Worst location in Texas!! Waited 15 minutes in line to be told that they ran out of shakes and it would be another 15 minutes to make more. Please close down!!

After 30 minutes of being the first and only car waiting in line, I had to ask an employee who was leaving for the night to go inside and ask about my order in case it had been lost. 2 minutes later, they bring my food which had clearly been sitting for a while because it was barely warm. I witnessed multiple employees on phones, standing around talking and a car that arrived 25 minutes after me received a wrong order that they sent back, but at least an employee was helping them. There were at least 8 people working, my order was small, so there was really no reason other than they didn't feel like walking my food out.
