Usually go thru drive thru for ordering food. Great employees and if my order gets wrong the manager usually corrects it for missing items or a whole new meal!

Placed an order at 10:00 for lobby pickup i live 5 minutes away. I get there and the lobby is locked so im forced to go through the drive through(if i knew the lobby was closed i wouldnt have came in the first place)Anyways I wait though the drive through for 20 minutes for the guy to make my drinks then hand me 2 back of ice cold food that was cooked almost 30 minutes ago at this point. I wont be back.

Whataburger altogether is OVERRATED but let's address 1 issue here...
Coffee is terrible 😔
I don't understand why it's poured into this container that's not plugged in to get luke warm then cold. Who likes their coffee this way 🤔
I've seen this at other locations also.
Whataburger needs to put a stop to that.
Keep the coffee in the HOT pot.
Also the coffee was far from fresh 😐

Please address this issue thank you

I went to the drive through window paid my order and recieved my drink. I waited for my food for 17 MINUTES! IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME CHECK YOUR CAMERAS. I come to this place literally everyday since my wife passed away and I can't cook.I am sorry really to give this rating. Truly the worst service ever. This happened today Thursday Sept. 11. Some of the employees already know I'm a regular. Now I have cold fries and burger. Really Really sad. I also heard other cars honking over at the order placement machine.. (I don't know what it's called).

Good morning I just went to this location and they told me they do not sell decaf coffee that is so weird. I have high pressure and I cannot drink regular coffee. The team leader told me that it would discontinue. It is not true. I haven’t heard nothing about that. They were so lazy to make me one. They should’ve told me we do not have none in the back. They were so lazy to make me one.
I would understand that they did not have any decaf, but she told me it would discontinue That was a team leader who told me that
