This is my go to location! Everyone is always in a great mood and always helpful. All of the managers are great!!
I don't know where to post this but THANK YOU for bringing back the Monterey Melt!!!

Parking: Plenty of parking, handicap parking is set up nice and plenty of curbside parking

Poor service did not bring my meal to the table like they usually do it other Whataburgers and I had to go up to the counter and get it and they went in the back and got it it was already on a tray sitting on some kind of warmer back in the back never had service like this at Whataburger before

Just went there last night, and ordered a breakfast burger and asked for an extra beef patty, and extra slice of cheese. They never even added the extra patty, or extra piece of cheese, and still charged me over $5 for the extra patty and extra piece of cheese. Didn't find out til I got home with my food. Absolute highway robbery!

Ordered delivery of 2 meal items and they couldn’t even get that right. Missing items, food looks like it came from a trash compactor, patties had pieces of bones that almost cracked my teeth, everything was cold, fries unseasoned. All this for a low price of $35 dollars. I think I would’ve enjoyed more setting that money on fire and watch it burn.

My experience here was the worst. I came to this establishment and placed an order. My ticket was a little under $37.00, I’m human I’d expect $37.00 worth of food. I should not be forced to take food that was not what I paid for. That is stealing, and don’t people get in trouble for stealing? Well apparently this place does it to their customers. I was told I should have brought the food back, the order was placed and messed up at 12:55am. I immediately called back to inform the establishment that my order was not correct upon making it home. I did not get an answer. The next morning while working I called this place and spoke with one of the managers that answered the phone (which I will not say his name). I informed the manager of the issue from just a couple of hours before. I was informed to keep my receipt (write his name on it) and to return at a later time upon my choice to get my order corrected. This visit was not about getting money back, this was about getting what I paid for corrected. Which he acknowledged and stated they’d do. Well little to my surprise once arriving on Wednesday I was informed it was not going to be acknowledged per Henry.

The fact that in the world we live in we have to work hard for our money, and to come here and be taken advantage of is ridiculous.

I visit this place frequently and I never ask for anything free, I just ask for what I pay for to be correct. For this to be done in a fast food establishment is embarrassing.

The leader and manager should be ashamed to say that they have this type of service at their business.

Ordered delivery and received a bag with the right name but wrong food. I called the restaurant with hopes my order was still there and I could swing by and exchange. I spoke with the manager Josue and he was extremely helpful and considerate. He could've brushed it off like most fast food places but he made sure I got my order and had it all remade fresh when I got there. I honestly didn't expect them to be much help with it being through a delivery app but they went above and beyond in the middle of the night. Thank you

Customer service was horrible right right now at 2:30in the morning, had manager mocking me in the order box having his sheep laugh behind him, got my order wrong on the meal, and a cold cinnamonroll when asked it hot too top it off. Young guy lil brother, was really kind thru the ordeal sadly i didnt get his name but, he went out and beyond to make things right as his manger shrugged rudely.

Food is always good, service not so much on a consistent basis. Sometimes they add ice to my drink when I asked for no ice. Forget curbside it takes too long to get your food. Drive thru much of the same. When it takes 10 mins + for either it defeats the purpose of "fast food".

Great burgers from this location! I needed help with my online order and Estefanie M went above and beyond and made sure I got my burger; it always tastes good, this is my lunch location! Can't go wrong with a burger, it's not too busy when I go. Thanks team! Tall gentleman at the cashier, Shaun, double made sure I had my ketchup I needed.
