Why have multiple registers if you're only going to use one. Get rid of the slow moving lazy employees and get touch screens. The cooks are busting ass all while the other employees are just standing around. The line is 15 deep and only 1 person working a register.

I had ordered the new Bacon, blaze jalapeño double Burger the meats were white in color, the bacon tasted like spoiled. Also we waited 17 minutes before our food came to our table. Our order number was #73. I also spoke to Jennifer the manager. She showed no concern.
We won’t be coming back to this Whataburger!

The food is super good but the service and a call to the owner of the restaurant please bring sauces because your employees don't have to do anything and an ugly way that an employee who was in the delivery line on her night shift has if she doesn't want to work better Don't go to work, stay at home sleeping on November 2, 2024 time 9:06 pm

While starting my son's order at the counter, I explained to cashier Zskaria that my son is Autistic and was practicing placing an order. In the middle of him describing his burger topings she rushed through the stock ingredients included on burger and asked if we wanted, "all of that on the burger?" as I re-listed the toppings he wanted, to save us sometime. I apologized for the delay and re-explained that he is autistic and we were practicing life skills. In response she told me "I have 2 as well I understand".

I'm currently a Territory Manager for my company and feel that this would be a very unprofessional and a little embarrassing experience in many instances, if someone acted this way in my region.

This location is very close to my house and one of the cleaner and nicer stores in the area. (I've received a correct order from this location once, double-check your bag) maybe she just had a bad day. But not a top notch dinning experience on this trip.

Kid-friendliness: Not a very friendly atmosphere. (Check your order before leaving)

The chicken tenders were old and cold. The fries seemed like they had been warmed over. They had forgot to put our fries in our bag, then had an attitude about it. They forgot our Ketchup and again when I asked it was an attitude. Not sure we will come back. Horrible and awful. We had to wait for about 12 minutes made us late for church.

Did online order 10 min advance. Waited over 20min order didint come
Watched as 10 drive thru cars go by. And got their order and out within 3min.

Another visit I did fine with with a friend and it took 20min for our food, there some major issues here with service and time. I don't reccomend this whataburger at all, go to any other location or further south and.yoyll get faster service and get the food and drive back before you even have your order ready here.

...year later and service inside is horrible. Waited again 20minn, and front staff for orders inside are extremely lackluster as drive thru is top priority.
Nothing has gotten better and people all park in the handicap (not being handicap pure lazy)

Still don't know how they're not functioning more on the inside front

The only reason I give this location 2 stars is because the dining area was open late other than that the experience and customer service was extremely poor. Work on your customer service!!!!!!
