Good people. Great service. Drive through sometimes takes a while. Just need to work on that a bit, but everything else is good.

Terrible whataburger. LONG wait times and shorted me multiple items. Will drive a little further and go to a different location from now on.

Update--- went twice in the last two weeks. Shorted something every time I go. Will not go again, to many other options in the area. Shorted and onion rings last time, apple pie this time. Ridiculous

I went a couple times late at night and even then, the people were extremely friendly inside and in the drive-thru. I love their energy and smiles are contagious.

I am guessing it’s a new store because it has a different, more pretty and updated interior. Very clean and well-lit inside and out which I really appreciated. I always seek out that specific store when I’m in the area, even if I have to drive a few extra minutes! 🧡🤍🧡🤍🧡

Sure wish this location would train their cooks better. Every single time somethings wrong with my order. Ordered a potato, egg and cheese taquito ranchero style with fries. Came with no cheese , dry eggs and a handful of jalapeños thrown on it and the fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday. So disappointing to spend money, drive to get it and get home and not only not get what you paid for but cold, stale food on top of that. Took the jalapeños off before I snapped the Pic but......gross.

Came to pick up an order today at 5:30 AM and not one employee greeted me. There was at LEAST 4 employees who seen me and that’s not counting the two men who were cleaning. Two of the employees walked straight past me to go the restroom. Neither one of them said hello or asked if I’ve been helped. After standing there for like 7 minutes and being ignored I politely went around the corner and stuck my head through the walkway. The short black lady who helped me was very nice and quick. I thanked her so many times. I think the manager should have a meeting about customer service. Maybe day shift is better. Idk but this visit rubbed me the wrong way.

Clean place, nice staff, I like the quality of food, but they forget stuff a lot :(
Gave me gravy instead of ranch, gave me a cup for the fountain lemonade instead of the craft lemonade, and forgot my brothers strawberry shake. Good food and nice people though but I wish they'd stop forgetting stuff

The costumer service was great! The front counter young lady was really nice and sweet and when she dropped off my food at the table she said hope you enjoy. I believe her name was Jocelin very kind and makes conversation. Food was also hot and fresh!

I gotta give credit to this whataburger. I always eat a burger with no bun. I always ask for extra lettuce and grilled onions. 9/10 locations act like the lettus is gold and give a tiny pinch of lettus and like a teaspoon of grilled onions. This location actually gave good portions of all the ingredients. For someone who's on a restrictive diet its appreciated when someone actually makes something how you ask.
