I’ve had issues here in the past, but this one does it for me. After calling the restaurant from
my car and going inside and asking what’s taking so long, I finally got my cold food and watered down soda after over an hour. The restaurant was not busy during my long wait, and no direct answers were provided to me for why it took so long. I’d advise visiting any other Whataburger nearby than this one.

It’s so much I don’t know where to start, this is the nastiest Whataburger ever, I wouldn’t get nothing from here, seen it for myself! And the service is awful, so rude! They don’t care! Takes forever to get your order!

6:15 am and the front lobby is closed. This isn't the first. This is lack of leadership/management getting people to work for this location. On top of that it takes forever for this location to make it. Sometimes it takes a line of 5 people 20 minutes before they get to you.

Absolutely unacceptable. Ordered patty melt. Barely any sauce, no grilled onions whatsoever (this is supposedly to be included on the patty melt)kind of like warm temperature, cheese not fully melted (isn’t this called a patty MELT?)and took forever to bring out the order in the drive-through. Absolutely either incompetent or they just don’t care. What a rip-off

I’ve been here at the parking lot waiting like dumb and they don’t want to take orders!! As a customer I feel dumb here and they just are telling us that they are not ready to take orders and they have a lot of cars waiting in line, it’s supposed to be 24hrs and they don’t serve as they say

I was here at about 1pm on a Wednesday and while it was busy inside there certainly weren't enough people there to warrant a 20+ minute wait to get 1 burger and fries.

The experience was capped off by the person that brought my food out to the dining room openly mocking me waving my hand after he repeatedly called my name and couldn't be bothered to look around the dining room. When I called him out on it he seemed stunned that someone would choose to confront him for his poor behavior and apologized, but I'll pass on your poor attempt to save face after being called out.

I won't come back to this location and if you value your time or basic respect I would urge you to go elsewhere too.

Being the only car in line, waiting 25 mins for them to even say hello.. once i got my order in, a blonde young girl that works here has yelled at me and rolled her eyes because she charged my card for someone elses order.. and messed mine up as well ( like majority of the staff here . ) she told me “ when i asked what your order was you shouldve said. “ but she didnt ask me what the order was or repeat it to me before swiping my card.
Another member has rolled her eyes for asking for a straw and ketchup.. theyve forgotten to give me back my card twice and ask me “ what i am waiting for. “ they are always incredibly rude.. It is the closest location to me so i try to go out of my way to go to other locations but sometimes it doesnt workout that way. when i do have to come to this one.. it’s always something. I am always as patient & nice as can be but it is never reciprocated at this location. I understand the attitude for a crazy/rude person but Im in the food industry and i know that it is not very hard to take an order & give the customers the minimal needs .. napkins, straw & sauces. Thanks. I hope an owner decides to come and get service for himself one day.. whata was always a fav for me but they are just hiring anybody these days. It is ridiculous here.
