Being the only car in line, waiting 25 mins for them to even say hello.. once i got my order in, a blonde young girl that works here has yelled at me and rolled her eyes because she charged my card for someone elses order.. and messed mine up as well ( like majority of the staff here . ) she told me “ when i asked what your order was you shouldve said. “ but she didnt ask me what the order was or repeat it to me before swiping my card.
Another member has rolled her eyes for asking for a straw and ketchup.. theyve forgotten to give me back my card twice and ask me “ what i am waiting for. “ they are always incredibly rude.. It is the closest location to me so i try to go out of my way to go to other locations but sometimes it doesnt workout that way. when i do have to come to this one.. it’s always something. I am always as patient & nice as can be but it is never reciprocated at this location. I understand the attitude for a crazy/rude person but Im in the food industry and i know that it is not very hard to take an order & give the customers the minimal needs .. napkins, straw & sauces. Thanks. I hope an owner decides to come and get service for himself one day.. whata was always a fav for me but they are just hiring anybody these days. It is ridiculous here.

Waited in the line for 45 min just for my order not to have everything. Had to go inside and wait an additional 15 minutes. Worse FAST food experience should be waiting an hour just for a simple boneless wing order. 👎

No ice for the drinks and my chicken sandwich was not fresh. Took 27 minutes to get my order, dine in. I took 2 bites of my chicken sandwich and threw it in the trash and left with my hot tea with no ice

Visit this location and I must say I don’t know what happened to the Frys but they’re totally different. It taste like little skinny microwave fries and my burger was cold. Waiting in the line for 10 minutes, but got a cold burger.

Went thru the drive thru and it was smooth/quick process. Alejandra and her crew were busy today around this time but managed to keep a smile on her face and keep the line moving. Food was fresh so no issues with that.

Don't come here if you want your time wasted sitting in the drive thru for over 30mins with only 3 cars smfh it's not hard to put orders together and hand them out the window
The worst service you could ever imagine. Absolute laziest people you’ve ever met in your entire life. If you visit this location please just know it’s not your normal Whataburger. They are absolutely incompetent. I’d love to speak to the manager of this office because they are most likely highly unqualified. Again and again the biggest Whataburger letdown ever.

Terrible service during the early hours of the morning, I don't know if it's because there's not enough staff but every time I've stopped by at midnight it takes more than half an hour to take your order and prepare it.

I ordered the number 21 special ordered. My food was cold, and my hashbrowns were extremely hard and cold. I asked for a dr pepper and received ice tea.

Ordered for online pickup. Arrived about 30 minutes after to pick up my order and they did not have any iced coffee. They knew I was coming 30 minutes in advance. The rest of my order was ready but not my iced coffee. They wanted me to wait an additional 5 minutes as if they had no idea I was coming for it. I had an Uber waiting outside and I was on my way to work. I was not about to pay the Uber extra money because Whataburger was not on their game. That s*** piss me off real bad.
