One of my favorite places to eat sandwiches.

I recently ordered from Which Wich, and while the food itself was decent, the overall experience was soured by poor customer service. My delivery order went missing, so I called the store for help, but the staff seemed completely indifferent. I was placed on hold for an unusually long time, and when someone finally answered, they sounded annoyed to even be on the phone. There was no apology or empathy for the situation. Instead, they lazily told me it wasn’t their problem and to just contact the delivery service.

When I asked if they could check if my order had left the store or offer any assistance, the person mumbled something about it being out of their hands. It felt like they were brushing me off instead of genuinely trying to help. I even suggested coming into the store to pick up a replacement or speak with a manager, but they resisted and kept redirecting me to the delivery app, showing no interest in resolving the issue.

Eventually, the delivery service stepped in and helped, but when I finally received my order, some of the items were missing. At this point, I didn’t even bother calling back, knowing I’d likely get the same unhelpful response. It’s frustrating because the sandwiches are good, but the lack of care, poor communication, and overall laziness from the staff really ruined the experience.

If you’re ordering from here, be prepared to handle any issues on your own, as the staff doesn’t seem to care about providing any kind of support. It’s a shame, because if they put half the effort into customer service as they do into making the food, this place could be much better.

Gave this place a second chance since typically the chain has more interesting sandwiches than Subway. First time they got the bread wrong. They gave white instead of wheat.

Second time, they had an apprentice working and being taught so she could practice on us! Badly made sloppy sandwich with too much mayo and mustard.

Look at the ceiling above the place they make sandwiches. Gross. Dirty and grimy.

Each time they have Fox News on their TVs. Yes, it’s Texas but it also Houston not some farming area.

They should improve their service cleanliness and change channels on their TV.

How this place has a 4.0 I do not know. Came by for a quick sandwich before a Friday night football game. Store was completely empty. No greeting when I walked in. Rudely corrected me for not marking the bag properly. Was annoyed by my presence. Walked to the back multiple times to get out ingredients that I guess weren’t handy (I ordered a PBJ and a turkey lettuce wrap). Something he used went into the microwave inexplicably, multiple times thought we didn’t order anything hot. Guy slammed

Took 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches in a dirty shop. Ice machine has mold on the out spigot. Fruit flies flying all around. Would never return. An absolute waste of $20 and 20 minutes. Go to the Jimmy John’s next door. Better food. Better service. Better price.

There’s one person working both the sandwich assembly and cashier, so I ended up waiting 15+ minutes for a single sandwhich. Should’ve just gone to subway if I wanted mediocre service and food.

I’m pretty sure the workers here didn’t pass Kindergarten. I ordered a 32oz shake so I could share with my two kids. They sent me the smallest size and taped not one but two receipts that both say 32oz! How? Even after they sent me the wrong size… that cup was half full. Tried to call for 30 min and no one answered.Don’t order online from here. Make sure you go in.

The sandwich meat is warm and squishy, nasty overall don’t recommend, there’s no smiling faces either just a dull environment:/

Different experience with marking what I wanted in my sandwich on a bag. It also made it where I had time to think what I wanted on it and didn't forget by the time I ordered. The negative side of ordering a turkey sub was I didn't know the price until I went to the register. There are astriks next to some of the options, mostly the turkey ones. Instead of being $8.50, it was $10.00. It would be nice if it was listed. The sub was good, and I'd go back.

Kid-friendliness: There is a kid menu with fun options

Great tasty sandwiches. Love the Wicked on Wednesdays because it's on sale.

Parking: Plenty of spaces even though they are sharing the lot with others.
