I stopped by today to meet with the General Manager, Addyson, and had an extremely unpleasant experience with a representative named Tee. She was negligent and rude throughout my visit. Rather than assisting me, she repeatedly referred me to neighboring businesses, which was completely unhelpful.
When I asked to speak with another representative, Tee actually questioned me as to why I wanted to speak to someone else — which felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Since when is it against policy to request to speak with someone else?
This type of treatment shows a serious lack of customer care and professionalism. I expected better from this business and left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Keep in mind, I’ve bought drinks from here and food in the past. The store was empty and could’ve earned business from simply cooperating with me

This would be my second time coming. My first experience was perfect. This time not so much. It was a group of 3 of us and we each wanted to keep a tab open and the server refused to do that and said it would be easier to split later and opened the tab on just my card. Spoiler alert: it was not easier.
We placed our order and set the order number outside on the patio so the server would know where we were. Went went to the other room to buy a pre roll and while we're there. The same server brought my drink to the entrance of the room and was like here. And I told her we were actually sitting outside but i was walking towards her. She proceeded to roll her eyes and just sat it on a random table. Did even bother handing it to me. Then we got a different server for the other drinks and food and she was so much more pleasant and did a great job.
At the end it took 3 different people to split the tab and required us to repeat several times what we each had ordered. Then the machine only gave us the option of tipping 20% 30% or 40%. Which is crazy. Yes there is a custom option but at that point I just selected the lowest cause we had already been waiting for so long and other people were waiting. I would go back but I'd recommend getting rid of that server. I they said her name was Rose not sure.

Worst coffee and even worst service. Wild was our go to spot that we knew was always consistent, until now. The Turkish Delight was made horribly. Really put off. When I brought the drink back full, there was no apology, no let me refund you, remake it, nothing. Plus they charged us for a drink they didn’t have (mango sticky rice), which I had to awkwardly continue to wait for until I had to remind them to refund me for it. The staff really have zero pride in what they put out, I feel sorry for the owner.

Used to love wild have been coming here for a while now. Came today and the standard of service and the quality of the coffee has completely degraded! Ordered the usual my Turkish delight and it was burnt coffee and just tasted like milk!

Pistachio Latte me doooooown baby! It’s called the Turkish Dream, & it’s so so so good! I infused my drink and enjoyed their pre rolls. The baristas were amazing and hospitable. I had to leave for a meeting and when I returned, one beautiful girl remembered my drink. I brought a friend back with me & will continue to tell people in the River Oaks area to stop by and get Wild 🩷🌿
