So we have been here more then a few times and never had a problem but today my wife ordered the top sirloin stake and asked for it well done well when it came out it was not well done they took it back and when it came back she looked at it where she had cut it and it was well don’t until she got to the middle of it then it was still red she ate some of the stake that was well done until she saw it then she told the waitress she was really helpfully but when it was time to pay she tried to give us a discount and the manager said no because my wife had ate some of it well she was hungry and part of it was cooked but not all of it was here is the picture

We dine here quite often and mostly have a good experience. Not so much tonight. The woman taking the orders was less than hospitable and did not know the menu very well. My husband ordered the snow crab. She asked him what side he wanted and he said I will take the chips and salsa. My daughter in law was told that it was happy hour and Margaritas were $3. She asked if the Prickly Pear was included and was told yes. So, when we received our bills, ours had a $5.49 charged for the chips and salsa and our daughter in law had a charge for a full price drink. We were then told that the food my husband ordered did not come with a side, but that was taken off the bill. However, the drink was not corrected. We asked to speak to the manager who refused to correct the price to what we were quoted. We were told he was not allowed to change the price on alcoholic drinks and that was final.. Unfortunately, this will be our last visit to this location. Too bad, it is very convenient. The manager needs better customer service and his employees need to be better trained.

We usually love to go to any Willie’s location. Unfortunately this time was not a good experience. We got charged extra for multiple things that the front lady taking our order told us was included. I ordered a drink on happy hour and specifically asked her if that marg was included and she said yes. Then same thing with side items. At the end we asked the manger and he was unwillingly to change anything even though we were told up front stuff was included and then charged a different price. It was horrible customer service from a manger stand point. He did nothing to try to make their mistake right and didn’t care. Will not be going here again. I could be understanding if he cared and tried to show some remorse but he was very cold hearted and unwilling to help make things right. Some people are not meant to be mangers in the customer service industry. This was a Thursday night not busy.

Awesome Burger and fries. Their Chicken cobb salad is the best. Friendly staff and manager and great music. It's our favorite place to eat and a great value for the quality of food here.

Kids love going to Willie's. Great Mac and cheese according to the kids, the blackened shrimp tacos are great. Grab a seat on your own, service is great.

I have not been to Willie's in years, because the one closest to me closed. It was great. Everyone was friendly (including the awesome couple next to us who gave us a 25% off coupon!), the food was great the service was awesome and the atmosphere was relaxing!

Great service! All employees smiled and looked as if they actually enjoyed their jobs. Atmosphere was fun. Food was a bit of a disappointment. Kids cheeseburger and patty melt had no flavor/seasoning at all, not even salt or pepper. Mashed potatoes were not real potatoes, always disappointing to me personally as I hate fake potatoes. The peach cobbler was delicious though! Overall, good experience, but not likely to return because of the food.

Ordered wings, fries, and Texas chicken sandwich.
Sandwich was soggy.
Wings look like they were originally buffalo flavored and re-used to make other flavors.
Fries were okay, added more salt.
