Do not order the “gumbo”!!! I try to patronize black owned businesses as much as I can but I am so very disappointed in the quality of food here. I ordered the chicken and sausage gumbo and it is hands down the worst I’ve ever tasted. If you want to call it gumbo. The roux tasted like bland chicken broth. No gumbo file flavor. It tasted like chicken noodle soup broth. It’s as if they dumped a whole entire bag of success rice in the cup. 3 tiny half slices of bland sausage and barely any trace of chicken. You guys should be ashamed to serve something like this for $13. I’m sorry but it’s a hard NO.

I had the St.James meal with fried fish, dirty rice and fries. The food came out smoking hot! Very fresh and well seasoned. My boyfriend had a mixed daiquiri and it was very strong and sweet. Everything was money well spent! I will definitely come back! Btw the live Dj didn’t play one bad song the whole time!

WAITED 43 MIN FOR 5 WINGS IN A COMPLETELY EMPTY RESTAURANT!!!!!!

I did the paint and sip and the vibe was EVERYTHING ! We had Tabitha has a server and she never missed a beat !
The food definitely hit the spot & got the job done.
I enjoyed the vibes and dj while i painted. I literally had to switch between painting and singing . Not to mention if you buy your ticket online it comes with a free large daiquiri and the $5 shots during happy hour.
Come come come. This is definitely a hidden gem !

The first time I ordered Beignets from here I was referred by my manager at Whataburger they were so good and golden brown. Today(3/8) I had to work so I figured I would order some more but the street was flooded so I couldn’t get to the store so I called to cancel my order. First the lady that answered the phone said she would have someone call me back for a refund no one called, 3 hours later I took a break and was able to go down there. The guy that was there said that she was the manager and she should have called me back and he called her she said that they don’t do refunds I would have to get my order okay that was cool…. ONLY TO GET SOME BURNT BEIGNETS .. The cook said it was from the sugar and the manager said the grease was old smh‼️
