Amazing service!! Ate here last week and was very impressed by one of the amazing employees! I believe Danna was her name and she gave some pretty good wing flavor and meal suggestions for me and the homies. Would eat here again! 11/10

upon walking in we walked to the counter and one of the employees is on the phone and doesn’t acknowledge us at all there’s two workers in the back do not acknowledge us at all either we wait till the employee gets off the phone and she finally addresses us with no hello how are you doing how can I help you very poor customer service we finally figure out what we want and make the order and employee seems very impatient not really wanting to answer questions about the specials that you have going right now we proceeded to pay and she tells us that she cannot accept our $100 bill because they’ve been getting a lot of counterfeits and that was very offensive that she said I apologize for the inconvenience she could’ve said I’m sorry at this moment we do not have change to accommodate that large bill she did not she pretty much accused of counterfeit bill and didn’t even bother to see if it was legitimate or not and I don’t think that is way you should treat your customers

I came in here on Wednesday before Fourth of July. Ordered a 10 wing combo bone in. I also got fries and a drink and an extra ranch. I got home, shared it with My Son and within 20 to 30 minutes of eating we immediately got diarrhea. Not only did we both have diarrhea, but My Son started vomiting. I should’ve known better because as soon as I walked in, there was a smell in the air of recycled or dirty oil. I also ordered from this location about eight months ago for my sons and they both ended up with upset stomachs.
The Wingstop on Richmond has roaches as well . After this bad experience, we will never eat Wingstop again.

Came in yesterday to get 15 piece wing combo. The atmosphere was nice and the service was fantastic, but my chicken was not well done and the chicken looked old, the chicken had white marks on each of the drums and wings. I wasn’t able to eat it, because it was just too far for me to come back. I love Wingstop a lot, I was just hopeful that they would have redeem themselves from the last time. And as you can clearly
see i asked for well done.This doesn’t look well done to me.

I had placed a DoorDash order online for pickup and when I got home the order didn’t meet expectations. My 15 pc combo & 10 pc hot honey & garlic parm wings looked like plain wings, with no seasoning on them whatsoever, my fries were cold, and I didn’t receive no ranch with my order. I drove back over to the Westheimer location and calmly explained to them what the situation was and Mr. Haywood, the store manager, greeted me politely and immediately asked me what was the issue and insured that he could resolve the issue. Mr. Haywood and his other staff member, apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a fresh batch of food, without question! While I waited, he also offered me a free drink, for the inconvenience of me having to return the food. Thank you Mr. Haywood and your entire staff for handling my concerns with care and understanding what it means to have outstanding customer service!

I placed an online order and they act like they ain’t see my order. Instead the manager and an employee chose to place blame on me. I told them several times that I placed my order with them and offered to give them the order number. Instead they chose to argue with me. Now they want give me a refund.

I wanna start off by saying, I almost never leave reviews unless it’s an experience that really stood out to me to the point it was really distasteful. Now, starting with the parking, it’s terrible. I was looking for parking for close to 15 minutes, just to get wings. To get into the actual customer service, it was Terrible. Two lighter skinned black guys, one with gold glasses, and one with heart tattoos,who were working the pickup counter totally ignored me even though I was in line first before anybody else. He was calling people from behind me and asking what their order was so I knew it wasn’t an issue with me not saying anything.. why would I have to.. I’m in line obviously. I sat there for about 5 minutes seeing him ask everybody else what’s their order. I didn’t even get a chance to say anything first because I didn’t wanna seem rude and just start talking over everyone. Finally, I was helped by a young man with locs. He was still off with his customer service but he still helped. Would not recommend this location at all.
