Employees are too busy playing with each other to pay attention to customers!
This is ridiculous, this place used to be really good, but these new employees are a 100% going to lose customers, I am one that will never comeback to this location!
I did not come in to get disrespected and ignored and get eyes rolled on me, thrown from employee to another to simply place my order!

Food is good, service and ambiance is so bad. I’m sitting here at 11 and the employee (manager) literally kicked me out of the dining room because he said he had a new employee he was training. Absolutely ridiculous I got off work late and decided to stop by and first off I just think it is crazy how this man yells at his new hires in front of costumers not professional at all, but if that isn’t bad enough this man YELLS at costumers to kick them out of the store. So all I have to say is I would really consider thinking twice before coming here, the food is good but doesn’t balance out how bad the service is. And for wingstop, don’t have propaganda that you are open till 12 am “open late” when your employee are kicking out costumers at 11.

I have been calling they put me on hold twice and then I went up there to tell them the guy that was taking order started to be rude and started to curse me out and the Security guard was just seeing him doing that he was like them

The chicken wingettes and drumettes are tender and juicy, glazed with a thick sticky barbecue sauce which carries smoky meaty savoury sour tangy sweet flavour. . Ordered the bone-in Chicken Wings Lemon Pepper (USD $11.69), which were generously seasoned. The chicken wingettes and drumettes are tender and juicy, sprinkled with a light lemon juice, salt, and black pepper rub, which carries meaty sour savoury salty peppery spice flavour. . The Fries (USD $2.99) have a crisp exterior, a fluffy interior, and an addictive starchy salty savoury flavour. Unlike elsewhere, I note these go soft more quickly, so it's best eaten fast.

I’ve been ordering over the phone for many years Medium lemon pepper just because it’s not online! Just called a few minutes ago, I was put on hold so that the gentleman that answered ask the Manager and I heard the MANAGER respond “screaming” NO JUST Tell HER NO! we will not do that! They literally only have to put lemon pepper on top of the buffalo sauce! No mix in the bowl all together! Managers name is Drake

12/29/24 very very rude and xenophobic manager. It's not his fault we don't speak English. But, customers who come for food are not to blame for their annoyance or bad mood. Or I don't know what it is... if I work for the public, I have to have better aptitude. The cashier who helped me doesn't speak Spanish either but he gave 101% to help me choose. But, the supervisor said rude things to us and went inside. Even the cooks laughed. It was disrespectful on their part. I'm not saying they should fire him, but they should send him to take quality service and customer service courses.

This was the only wing stop I trusted until today. Sadly, my fries have not been well done twice in a row despite my request. Today they blamed a new batch of potatoes but what about my previous visit? At least before my fries were hot and fresh, these weren’t even fresh like the cashier stated. If they were so fresh, why did she keep insisting to remake them?? Also, the manager tried to tell me that they don’t give taxes back when refunding money….hello?? If I paid taxes on an item and returned it…I get ALL money back like that’s basic economics.

If I could give a zero I would! THIS AIN’T IT! I tried them after my food didn’t have any taste last time I ordered. This time I spoke directly to the management, at least that’s who I asked for. Placed my order and the food still don’t have taste. Idk if they are cutting their spices by adding paprika but the corn isn’t Cajun and the honey hot has no heat. As you can see by the pics, it’s loaded with something on one side of the chicken only. What I do know is it’s not honey hot. TBH, the wings don’t have the sweet flavor either. Just wasted $40. I will never order from this establishment on Westheimer again. Rick Ross need to come rebuild this store. The taste is not wingstop! They need help real bad! The food is a disgustingly disgrace
