If you pre-order your food with the app before picking it up, you can just grab and go enjoy your well-cooked wings & strips! It's like, here they try their BEST! They're really out here cooking like they're going to eat it-- it's so good! Their fries are PERFECTLY seasoned, and so are their chicken strips! Not to mention, they all have the perfect amount of crispiness to them! But then I may have just ordered at a great time. I've never had any experiences with roaches, and the staff & customers in this area are generally just nice & sweet for some reason. There's definitely something good in the air here... unlike other Wingstops around this area... but overall, 10/10 will be carrying out from this specific wingstop for a while.

I called my order in and Emily at the Post oak location answered the phone. She was patient and asked if I had any questions. People are not normal helpful over the phone at any establishments. Then when I got there she greeted me and assisted me with kindness and patience. She was professional and her patience and kindness stood out the most. Thank you Emily!

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your establishment. As a regular customer, I stopped by around 10 p.m. and encountered a cashier who was visibly rude and seemed bothered by my presence.
After placing my order, I was informed that the restrooms were already closed for cleaning, despite the restaurant not closing until midnight. This is unacceptable for a food establishment that offers dine-in service, as accessible restrooms are a necessity.
I hope you will address this issue, as this experience has greatly affected my perception of what was once my favorite restaurant.

My drinks were missing which is very frustrating but the cashier I spoke with was very kind and empathetic with my situation and she made me feel much better after all of that. Excellent customer service. Not sure who the cashier was but order was placed 2/24 right before midnight if it helps to highlight that individual!
