Went ahead and placed an order, forgot i wanted all flats so i called to rectify that order. Now i had been charged $16 and some cents the girl handed me the order and said its ok thank you, i guess becouse she was busy. I receive a call 20 minutes later and it was a heavy set woman with glasses in her 20 early 30s hispanic , i know this becouse i was literally putting my kids in the back seat and turned around and she was the one placing the call. She said in an angry voice “yea hi is this Jazmin, i said yes she said you took the food and didn't pay the difference .” So now whenever you request all flats we are not going to care and were going to give u mixed since you took the food with out paying the differeNce!” Thats all i wanted to say okay bye!.
I called back and stated 1. The girl on the counter told me to take she said its doesnt matter its done.
I don’t appreciate this , i spend literally 140 a month on wingstop check your records, this lady had a mini power trip on her wing job.

I tried the cajun chicken sandwich for the first time jonathan was the cook he made sure i was able to taste the flavor, the chicken wasnt dry it was super juicy!! Give that guy a raise ! It was so quintessential ! Im coming back again for it. 10/10

Every now and then I get a craving for wings. This place scratches that itch. I had some work that required me to sit still for a bit so i ducked in here. This was my first time at this location and it's consistent with the others I've been to. Friendly service and good food. The place is busy and that's a good thing. I'll find my way back here I'm sure.

DO NOT GO HERE! I attempted to place an order at 11:40 over the phone and they picked up and hung up. I get it, people want to get home. However it's your job be there and complete orders until midnight. I then attempted to place the order online and went in to pick it up. I had a bad feeling about it. When I arrived at 11:55 I walked in because the sign was on and the door was unlocked. They were already counting the registers. They looked startled to see me inside the store with the registers open and l asked if they had my order. With a shocked look on his face a guy in the back blurts out that I will receive a refund. Im upset that people are too lazy to save 5 minutes. I've worked closing shift it's part of your job. Fix this immediately! I made an account just to leave this review because of your teams lazy attitude.

Hugo was the host he gave the worse experience ever. We told him the wings were not cooked and instead of giving us a refund he gave us a Togo box for our food. Do not go here worse customer service ever.

I ordered delivery, $40+, some items were missing so I called the store and was told I was a liar. Not the fact that the employee on the line couldn't read me back my order or that the 3rd party delivery company couldn't find my house. But I am "wrong," customer service was lacking and demeaning. You should do your best about the trash that represents you.
