This food was poor quality. I was driving home from work just now and felt for some wings . Stopped at this Wing and bought 10 pieces of wings , 5 lemon pepper and 5 Louisiana dry rub. The food was nasty . No flavor , I couldn’t taste the lemon pepper nor the Louisiana they seemed to run away . This was my worst experience and will never purchase at this location again.

Let’s start with this, be very weary about this place. I ordered online and got the 20 boneless wings and French fries. I picked up the order and brought it back to work. They were not on time getting it out. I took the wings out and grabbed my plastic fork to grab a wing. The first wing I attempted to grab nearly broke the fork. The coating was so hard that the fork would not penetrate it. Well checking the other wings I finally found one or two that the fork almost went through. The insides were ok, just a little dry but the outsides were hard and chalky. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. I was greeted by what sounded like a young girl named Michelle, so she said after changing it from what she said in the beginning. I advised her of the problem and stated I would send her a video. Her response shocked me, she stated “oh yea that’s the quality they sent us, everyone has been saying that. I’m not really sure we hit so low quality food this time”. My thoughts!!’ You are still serving this low quality food to your customers!!! She then said well if you want your money back bring them back and I can refund you. I said ma’am I’m working and don’t get off until after you close. She said no food, no refund. Then asked her for a corporate number and she said oh I don’t know that. If they are serving food they know is low quality then what type of sanitary conditions are they following in the kitchen. Beware if you are gonna eat here. They admitted having a lower quality food.

Ive been to several an to me they are the same. If you want fresh n well cooked food it will always take time. So be patience. Always good attitude this location. I've gone to Shepherd m 610 an service is bad. While waiting for food employees are cursing n being rude.

I just wanna say not everybody at the start It kind of took too long for my food And my fries were too crunchy But I’m leaving a five star review because they made it up to me. Customer service is great. I’ll be back here

Came by to catch the game and some wings, food fresh and banging! The beer selection was small and the regular drink selection was small as well but the TV action made up for it. #DefendTheLand
2024 update The manager was rude and assisted the Spanish people first before coming to me. Seemed like they are prejudiced

Came in here for some wings tonight and I saw Raul, the manager I believe, handle 3-4 frustrated customers. It seemed due to them being so busy, there were momentary longer wait times. He was a professional, courteous, and attentive when being spoken to and resolved their issues to the best of his ability. He also followed up with myself and other customers to make sure we hadn’t waited too long and again when our orders were being packed. Raul is a great leader and I hope his efforts are noted
Great team at this location, everyone is very motivated and respectful. Keep it up.

This location is VERY unclean and smells odd. The soda machine was so dirty and clearly isn’t cleaned daily because I went shortly after opening time and it was day old dirt and dried beverage all over it. Needs to be revamped ASAP!! ALSO, if ever you order online and want to cancel order and receive a refund the young lady will tell you it will be refunded and it WILL NOT. So be sure to follow up. I feel like this is a regular lie told at this location.

I was cursed at called racial slurs and cheated out of my money . It was 3 Mexicans working at the time 2 females 1 male the male had tattoos all over as well as one of the females can somebody please reach back out to me to get this problem resolved
