We placed a large order of 10 combos and we were missing 2 fries. However, after we submitted a complaint the manager called me. She said she counted it all but when it got to our shop in sealed bags there were 2 fries missing. During the call I explained the situation but she hung up on me. A coworker also called and was also hung up on by the manager. We are disappointed in the manager of this location and how poorly she handled this situation.

I went for an order of 11 items, the drinks I had to improvise to take them because they don't have cup holders, they all spilled, they don't even try to solve it to be able to give a good service, The food is cold and messy, and not to mention the smell of the store, it smells like sewers, in conclusion it's disgusting.... I put a star on the rating because it couldn't be left empty😐

Hoodest WingStop I’ve been in!!! Place was dirty!! You have to get a restroom key from front to access restrooms. Spent $30 on lunch kid at front desk said they don’t have water cups. No to mention place was dirty!
Lastly the girl with all the tattoos needs some customer service training on how to speak with customers.

I made order it says in app food is ready then I show up here 10 mins later after it said it was ready at 9:49 and is now 10:05 pm still waiting for it now I’m late for my job break so thanks.
The service at this place is the worst, the employees are always in a bad mood and are hateful.

Miguel at the register was awesome. His customer service was top notch. My husband and I arrived not really familiar with the menu and he helped us make choices for our flavors by giving a small sample of the sauces we were considering so we could know what we got before purchasing. He was also great in letting us know about the Monday/Tuesday 70¢ special saving us a few bucks.

I’m a regular customer at this store, the manager is so disrespectful, and they most of the time mess up my orders but never complain! seems like for once my card didn’t go through while I was at the store and they didn’t say anything after 4 hours called me and ask if I can pay through the phone which I have the right to not to give them my card information and ask them to zelle or come by tomorrow which still is their responsibility, not them telling me Im not allowed to the store no more,so disrespectful will never go back 👎🏻
