Listen I get it, I've worked fast food but first off they were already kinda rude on the phone, like they didn't even want to answer it, then it took them awhile to even find my order because they said it wasn't popping up. They finally find my mobile order and when I ask if I can change the flavor of something the girl on the phone goes no because we already made it, but they couldn't even find my food just a moment ago so where's the logic. Employees need better training I guess.

Ordered a 6pc Classic delivery, and got a chicken sandwich instead. Completely wrong order, not sure what kitchen is doing but need to step it up. Irresponsible, unacceptable and unprofessional.

Waited over 40 minutes for my order. I Order a 40 pc. Wing meal and watched as everyone else who ordered after me walk out with their food within 10 minutes each. Asked about my order and was told that they were just waiting in the wings. Funny how the had wings to fulfill all the other orderss though. There was no communication about my order after that. I wouldn't recommend this location.
