Went to this wingstop last night and let’s just say I will be emailing corporate and all General managers so this can be brought tosomebody’s attention and won’t stop till I get an email back and see some improvements. Me and my family came in around 9:50pm and one of the wingstop employees was already closing down their dine in area asking buying customers to move so she can clean but they don’t close until midnight?? I know they close down the dine in area early so they leave early which is very stupid they had 2 more hours till close? The restroom was also unavailable do to them blocking it off I let the white boy in the front know I needed to throw up and all he said was “I already cleaned them” mind yall it’s 10:40pm no where near 12pm ( the first picture was taken at 9:59 and the second picture was taken at 10:27) I also have a video of the white boy telling me he already cleaned the restroom.

Wing Stop is the best in Houston. The restaurant is clean, small and pleasant. The service is good. I order 10 wings with lemonade. I recommend you try it

I have tried this franchise several times. They may have a recipe/cook time. To a location, the wings are overcooked. Dry, too chewy. Third time, Wing Stop is out. The employees don't seem interested in the concerns of diners. It seems neat and the ladies room is clean.

Clean location very busy stays up till late employees are friendly and nice. It's location is in a shopping center with more stores around it.Plenty parking. You can pick up ,dine in order out or pick up delivery service orders.

Whoever was working at 11:pm on 10/13/23 . terrible service wingstop closes at 12am they stoped serving the customers at lease 20 mins b4 time and they locked the door so i couldn't get in she let me in and then the cooks met with her and i guess they discussed how they weren't going to serve me because they closed the kitchen and wanted to leave early or on time .i asked them what time they stoped serving she gave me two different answers so i knew she was lying. Then i asked for the telephone number to the store she tried to give me a fake number 1st and then corrected herself and then she taunted me when i walked out the door and sai BYE LOUDLY AND Dismissively. On top of that the cooks looked unprofessional and like they didn't want to be there. 0 STARS HANDS DOWN

Today I put in my order at 7:29pm my order was to be ready by 7:55pm. Well not only was my food late got it at 8:10 my fries we so old and cold and two of my orders were not hot lemon pepper. They were just hot wing not lemon pepper. The Mexican girl packing orders with her hair up in a bun grabbed her phone multiple times and then grabbed the food trays to pack them. No one cooking should never grab their phone then pack food. Then she went to the back to talk in the phone n came back to pack I know she didn’t wash her hands. $50.00 worst money spent…

Very poor coach customer service skills . … only black African American in the store at the time and wasn’t asked 1x what was my name on the order wasn’t given a update on my order , all others were asked , even others who came after me .. thanks for my refund. I waited 48min to ask 3x how much longer which means I’m finna check my food once I get it .. just for my food to not be correct …

This was the worst wing stop I ever been to it’s a lady in the front with braces she has horrible horrible horrible customer service she don’t have no respect for the customers,, I ordered and it took ages to come I was waiting for 45-50 minutes at max also when I got my order it still had feathers on it and the littlest littlest amount of seasoning nd sauce on it. I hope you take the review in mind when you decide to come order here
