Slow but tasty

I placed my order online but couldn't add a note for the restaurant. I called them immediately after placing the order, and I was put on hold for 5 minutes. When they finally answered, they told me they couldn't accommodate my request because my order was already made. What a great system?????

I’m really disappointed with the conditions at this Wingstop location. The food was fine, but I couldn’t help but notice how hot it was inside—especially in the kitchen. The employees were clearly sweating and uncomfortable while still trying to do their jobs.

It’s unacceptable for a business to operate like this, especially when it comes to food service and worker safety. These workers deserve a safe, humane environment. Please fix the AC and do right by your team.

The best part of my dinner was the server. We were seated at a dirty table with a pile of trash at our feet. The food was ok, but nothing to return over. The massive tvs blaring commercials was annoying. The server was a sweet young man who ensured our drinks were never empty, and our orders were timely.

I can’t speak for picking up an order and bringing it home but the Bay Area location on the 2400 block is so damn tasty! Bone-in wings are crispy as all get out. Great service as well. WILL BE BACK

Ordered in the app which was pleasantly simple. The wings were hot, crispy and the flavor was bangin. I was not excited about spending $38 for two people but it turns out we only could eat about half of what we ordered. The respective $19 for what we ate tonight was way worth it. I'll be back soon!

We called in to-go order, was filled all wrong. We were not upset. However! The mgr Canyon blamed us once we arrived & said that is how we ordered it!! Sure!, we LOVE to order our food how we DON’T like it 🥴 makes sense. He refused to correct it. It was a new gal who had just gotten confused. Unfortunately my spouse took wrong food & walked out. Turned out my chicken was raw inside & I’m very lucky I caught it as usually my wings are smothered in sauce. But THIS time they had messed up & NO sauce! I called right away & got Canyon - again. He was rude, curt, said I needed to bring the chicken in asap. I told him I would hold it to bring. Next day I decided to call his boss, Brenda, who stated NO DO NOT BRING the chicken here due to cross contamination reasons! She said simply come in for cash refund for that item, as I was nervous to get raw chicken again, & that she would leave a note with her permission. I went when I could. They found a receipt with my name, her writing, nothing about cash refund & she was not there. I am told sorry 😶. Luckily I kept questioning. They brought Phillip to front from his break & he had no problem working with me! He reassured he could get the chicken COOKED if I would like to retry at no charge. He stood & made sure the thicker chicken was cooked EXTRA long time & I was so appreciative he put in the effort to forge a happy customer! Way to go Phillip Cahoon!!
