If you order delivery- your food will be guaranteed to come wrong & they refuse to help in anyway besides you going to pick up the item yourself for the bare minimum. Whats the point of ordering delivery- paying all the feed attached and when food is missing and yall force us to drive there to correct it ourselves or yall just dont care to help your customers and wipe yalls hands clean. If we’re willing to drive the 20+ min to correct YALL’s mistake, why not throw in an extra free beverage, a brownie or an extra ranch even for the inconvenience. Nothing, yall dont care about making customers happy. Just there for a paycheck. I asked if yall have any customer service experience or abilities to help resolve this inconvenience and you literally said “no we dont”. Lol what a joke.

Literally ordered food from here and let me just say. Wingstop has gone down. In the past I was excited to get Wingstop, now…the food is cold, french fries are hard, chicken is fried too hard can barely get the meat off the bone. For $30, I want my money back.

Honestly, they always have the HARDEST time keeping up with their drink machine. Doesn’t help when the manager on 07/15/2024 shift around 10:15PM doesn’t know how to keep his staff or place organized. I didn’t mind WAITING for ice to be filled. It sucked BOTH machines were out. But I didn’t mind, I mind when I go to get ice after it being filled water suddenly flows out non stop. No ice in other and a waterfall with other. The manager on duty honestly looked at it with the dumbest look on his face, like he had no idea what I was seeing. Not a problem in the world, just leaning on the rack with his shirt lifting exposing his lower stomach. Gross. Your shirt should be tucked with a belt. I don’t want water in my ice, is what I told him because apparently he didn’t see a damn problem. Instead of being helpful or offering ice from the back . He makes the comment “well ice is water haha” . No, like I said I didn’t mind waiting for someone to fill it up. But to just be as slow as he was attending to this matter especially when he didn’t even KNOW both machines were out as he pointed at the other as if I couldn’t see you guys had two machines. I had to inform him both were out. Even McDonalds doesn’t have this hard of a time keeping ice. Absolutely lack of energy in authority or anything. I couldn’t even TELL he was anything. I’m not even sure if I was talking to the manager on how unkempt he was.

Not quite understanding why they can’t answer the phone. You have an online order and have to change something they put you on hold forever. Not only did they put me on hold, but initially hung up in my face. And I called back and was not allowed to speak I was told that someone was getting their order taken in the store and that I need to call back, or be on hold again. Management to to fix this….

The employees are not trained well, they are young which is great for a summer job but they’re rude and it’s unorganized.There isn’t a proper system of organization here. Your food will just sit because no one will check the rack when it’s busy and your food will be cold by the time you have to almost yell for someone to get attention. Both soda machines are filthy!! I had a bad experience in this Wingstop before, but I decided to give it another try but once again I was disappointed:( I should’ve learned from my last experience. My tenders were burnt it seems like if the oil hasn’t been changed in a while. And to make matters worse I found a hair on my fries, I suggest you find another Wingstop. If anyone has any recommendations of other wing places or Wingstop places please feel free to reply to this review. This Wingstop is making me not want to try any other Wingstop anymore :’)

My family and I had take out on Sunday, while visiting Houston. The kids enjoyed their food, chicken tenders with garlic Parmesan sauce, bbq boneless chicken wings and bone in garlic Parmesan wings. And, cheese fries.
I had plain chicken wings, which I wish I had added a sauce to. I didn't really enjoy them plain. I did try the bbq and garlic Parmesan which was good.
No one wanted to take my order had to stand long period two people walked up and said if I needed to place order? I said yes she puts her finger up and said hold on then another girl does the same thing. Gees terrible customer service! Drive home to wings they tucked the life out of them, dried up!!!

I think she did it on purpose bc she saw me waiting there & never asked me if I received my order. They weren’t even busy at the time she took my order.
