We got there my wife ordered an 24 piece and they told her it would be 18 minutes, 1 minute later they called her name. The wings had obviously been sitting there and the fries. They just threw it in the fryer to reheat them, which basically turned them to jerky. The fries where burnt, we took the wings and fries back and the young lady said she said she had to get a supervisor because we where returning to many wings 10 total wings my son had sauced wings which saved them I tried to eat2 wings but they where trash. So the 17 year old supervisor eventually changed them and had the fries remade after asking my wife what kind of consistency did she want. The second batch also came out within a minute or two, these where just fried less time but they where also pre fried. Horrible food and service for the price. Then we walked out and they were all huddled up gossiping and one was eyeballing us on the way out. Location has become trash last 3 times we went food has been trash.

Ordered delivery twice, the 1st time they gave me all boneless when I payed for bone in and gave me the wrong drink size for both of my drinks. The manager didnt believe me which I get but asked for me to send photos as evidence and gave me their personal phone number over the phone to see but didn't issue a refund for the incorrect items or even the difference of the items even telling me to come in person to get my stuff but the whole reason of ordering delivery was to not leave the house since I didn't have a car. And the most recent delivery they didn't give me my cajin corn I ordered and also messed up on the drink size yet again. Mostly upset about them not wanting to give a refund for the missing and wrong items.
