Workers in nighshift don’t take orders past 10:30 and keep putting you on hold. Worst service ever.. if closing is 12 why stop taking orders at 10:30?? They’re losing money by declining orders

Super Dirty floor and drink station coke /water every where on counter top and floor tables all dirty and no one sitting there . Restroom floor very slippery and dirty as well This location is looking for a big time law suit !!!! I can’t blve the Store Mgr has that store fast place looking like that and all these young bloods working there and so freakin lazy to clean up the dinning room restrooms and drink stations !!! Wing Stop needs better Management at this location !!

Been ordering here for years. Ordered a delivery and one wing was bitten into and just thrown back in the bag. Don’t know if it was the delivery person or a worker there. DM said he would reimburse me but that never happened.

This place is terrible I’m 17 and tbh there kids in there younger then me they act stupid they act like little kids tbh if I was the manager I wouldn’t let them work with me they have headphones in there playing while working which you shouldn’t be never do I see an manager they blaring loud music and then when your getting your order taken they say huh huh huh over and over again like they can’t hear and then when you get your order it’s wrong I’ve watched a bunch of people walk in and out not even order because how packed and stupid they see the workers acting or they order then get there order walk out to there car and then 2 seconds later there coming back in cause it’s wrong it’s embarrassing it’s terrible they act childish there don’t seem mature at all and then when they get something wrong on your order knowing you paid for it and they can pull it up on there computer to see that they got it wrong they have the nerve to charge your for it now I know why they don’t give you your recipe it’s just dumb tbh if you can’t work go do only fans at home or sum if your soTired and can’t do your job right make money while laying in bed if you can’t stand working or do it right ??‍♀️??‍♀️

They can’t ever get an order right. They don’t listen. The orders are often wrong. The employees are young and don’t don’t seem to care about their jobs. The orders are often wrong and they didn’t used to be. It costs a lot of $ and sometimes $ folks don’t have, for them to mess it up. It’s actually pathetic! The orders are always wrong. $$$ out the dang door. Waste. Won’t answer the phone. Blaring music, headphones in. Not focusing, several customers coming in and out and back in. SUBPAR

The app says 8 to 10 minuted when ordering online. But we have always had to wait an additional 20 minutes at the restaurant for our order.
