“Manager” Joseph was horrible!! Everytime I come in he’s so rude. Fries had ZERO seasoning and he wanted to charge me FOR SALT. This was local and going to be my new wing spot but now I refuse to go! Hire better staff and do better Wingstop!!

Horrible experience. Don’t go to this wingstop, waste of money. The manager Joseph was really rude. I placed an order for $35+ and the order was messed up like always, no seasoning on the fries. When i asked the manager about this he kept saying there is seasoning. This place does not know how to treat customers.

I’ve ordered from this Wingstop THREE times in a row and every single time they’ve managed to mess up my order in a new and creative way. First time, they delivered my food to the wrong address. I literally had to go pick up my own delivery order. And apparently no one in that building knows how to process a refund? Cool.
Then last night pushed me over the edge. I ordered delivery again and they completely SWAPPED my meal with someone else’s. When I called, they told me I needed to come pick it up and again repeated that they “don’t know how to do refunds.” So I drive over there… and these people are all standing around laughing, and my order isn’t even started.
At this point I’m ready to snap and just ask for my money back, but the moment I raise my voice, everyone suddenly gets serious and throws my order on the line. I ask the cashier why my food wasn’t even being made and she tells me, “I don’t speak Spanish,” while everyone behind her is speaking Spanish. That has nothing to do with why my order wasn’t prepared. Make it make sense.
This location is a disaster. If I’m paying delivery fees AND tipping, the bare minimum is getting my food delivered to the correct address and actually made. Do better. I want my damn refund

I told this lady I was placing an order online she said okay , I proceeded to the location just for them to be closed at 12:45 . No refund no call no contact nothing . Will be calling corporate
I got a duplicate charge from this location and the manager didn’t give me a refund. Don’t recommend coming here. He actually blamed me for not calling the day I was changed. Needs new management.

Why would yall put yall open till 1am i came in 12:30am placed my food on the app and when i come its closed.? It shouldnt let us placed an order in the first place. I need a refund . There were other people waiting as well.

The workers do not speak up when taking orders which lead to the order being wrong. They lie to your face then run to the back to let others deal with it. I will never come to this location again. Horrible Oh and no seasoning on the garlic parmesan.
