The workers do not speak up when taking orders which lead to the order being wrong. They lie to your face then run to the back to let others deal with it. I will never come to this location again. Horrible
Oh and no seasoning on the garlic parmesan.

I can’t review any food. But first impressions speaks VOLUMES ! The exterior had discarded wingstop bags that overflowed the trash can. We walked in and were immediately taken back by the horrid smell of old grease and staleness. There was a worker leaning over the counter in obvious pain, which wasn’t a good sign of cleanliness. We quickly walked out. I don’t know how this location has 3.8 stars. Wingstop needs to undergo new training and management at ALL locations.

Horrible. Gave my over $100 worth of food to someone else. Kept ignoring me when i asked about my order. Had me sitting there for a hour before they decided to tell me they gave it away to someone else. They finally decided to remake it.

Paid for a large ranch and was given these saying that it was the same amount as if it was a large ranch which is not true!!! One of the girls is just in the phone not paying attention when the orders are coming out I saw when my order was ready and she was just there scrolling on TikTok!!!!😡

The Hispanic lady upfront needs to learn the ability to perform under pressure, with a smile on her face and also learn how to maximize her time. There was a line out the door and she’s moving slow taking her time when there were orders piling up behind her. She should have been passing the pick ups out while waiting on people to decide what to order. She told me to give her a second rudely when I asked for my pick up order while she was just standing there waiting on the customer to figure out how they want to pay. It’s too small in there to have workers that lack a sense of urgency.

The lack of seasoning on the actual wings themselves and the heavy amount of oil leftover is insane! Either do your job and prepare the food properly or leave! It’s simple! And don’t catch an attitude when asked for more seasoning because the wings were bare smh. This location needs to do better in more ways than one!

I walk in and there’s Mexican music playing very loud. 1 girl is taking a phone order, 1 guy making wings and 3 others just talking and ignoring the customers in line. Girl gets off phone and I try talking to her but she can’t hear me because the music is sooo loud, I tell them to turn down the music. A guy finally comes up and says no he won’t turn it down very rudely

So I ordered delivery from the Tomball location and had to cancel because they wanted 75 Dollars for 2 orders of wings and fries but still charged me the 75 Dollars said I waited to long to cancel when I literally pushed the payment button and seen what I was charged then cancelled it not even 3 minutes had passed and I find it hard to believe they got so far into the order that they had to charge me for cancelling the order and they were rude to me when I called and then hung up on me
