I walk in and there’s Mexican music playing very loud. 1 girl is taking a phone order, 1 guy making wings and 3 others just talking and ignoring the customers in line. Girl gets off phone and I try talking to her but she can’t hear me because the music is sooo loud, I tell them to turn down the music. A guy finally comes up and says no he won’t turn it down very rudely

So I ordered delivery from the Tomball location and had to cancel because they wanted 75 Dollars for 2 orders of wings and fries but still charged me the 75 Dollars said I waited to long to cancel when I literally pushed the payment button and seen what I was charged then cancelled it not even 3 minutes had passed and I find it hard to believe they got so far into the order that they had to charge me for cancelling the order and they were rude to me when I called and then hung up on me

The staff is so rude. The inside is sooooo dirty. I ordered food and the ranch spilled all over inside the bag, over the wings containers. Like someone just threw everything in there. The worker took the bag, never apologized or said “oh let me take care of that for you.” She instead looked irritated. The wings are either undercooked or overcooked. Save your money and order from a different location.

Ordered online. Ordered over $100. Got my order wrong (not the 1st time, ALL the time). Manager asked us to go back and still got the order wrong when we went back. And when we made it back home we realized that they didn't give us any of our veggie sticks (3 orders). If you order, double check your order because they obviously can't get an order right.

This location unfortunately has slowly declined. The chicken wings have been dry with barely any sauce, more oil and they are charging more for veggie sticks. Not coming to this location anymore 🫠

They always have new workers, the food stays waiting out. There has been several times that I sat and waited while my wings were already ready in the shelf, the workers are just lazy and inattentive

Theres always an issue with this place.... orders go missing cause they use doordash, then when your order is missing they wont do anything to rectify the situation. You try and call and are put on hold for over 30 minutes for them to tell you theres nothing they can do.
Everything was good but the 🍟 needed more seasoning you can taste the seasoning on some of them I love the 🍟 but the seasoning is very disappointing

40 minute wait, for a over the phone order that was told it would be 18-20 minute wait.. establishment was a disaster, counters were extremely wet, floors were so sticky, and tables were messy. Had so many people waiting, ridiculous!!!
