The staff are rude and lack basic customer service skills. There was no greeting, and this is the second time it has happened. The process of asking for an email and confirmation number is ridiculous and extremely inefficient.

Been ordering here since it opened some years ago and never had a bad experience.
Had ordered a take out delivery and they shorted me 3 or 4 wings from a 20 PC wing order, not a huge deal so I called and inquired about the missing ones. The manager said they gave me a voucher towards my next order so fast forward I place an order today... and no voucher, oh well.
Anyways still a great place for wings, the hot honey rub is amazing paired with the garlic parmesan. Thank you Keldon, you made my night better sir!

I switched Wingstop's location to this one two years ago. It's been good, but lately the hold times are extremely long. It takes me no more than a minute to give my order, but I have to wait ten-plus minutes to place my order. I'm considering a new location.

I have not been to wing stop in a couple years so here is my 2025 update.
Service - 3/5 I ordered online so it was minimal. Told them my name and left.
Food/ Quality - 2/5 ***FRIES**** the lady told me I was waiting on my fries… no big deal right? Wrong. I was expecting nice long fries, but I got a basket of crumbs…. Like y’all really look at it and was like “here ya go”….
****Wingless **** Y’all making Wendy’s across the street look good. Barely any sauce on the chicken and I didn’t know they’re popcorn chicken sized now.
Quality- definitely downgraded themselves. Sauce and Ranch literally Carries.
Atmosphere - 3/5 looks clean for the most part. I wasn’t in for that long so I can’t really describe it for the people that dine in.
TLDR - most likely not going to be back.
Just like the other negatives reviews you probably scrolled thru. (I didn’t know it was this bad)
