take a look at their last review mine will be identical almost. how about wings December 22nd 12:11 a.m. I called them the next day they stated there was not a manager. then I called him the day after that no manager again. 2 days later I called them and they said come up here and we'll take care of it no problem. the day after that I showed up receipt in hand. the bottom line is it was a split order some wings were undercooked and all the Louisiana rub was overcooked. I left the receipt there two days later and said get somebody of upper-level management to call me this is unacceptable very very rude that day to say the least. then I called 2 days ago rude again. today I called and asked for a manager and the girl said there won't be one till tomorrow I said are you kidding me this is been going on for over a week I was very persistent. she got an attitude with me and said she didn't care she didn't want to be involved verbatim and then hung the phone up. I tried to call back nothing they simply just don't care. I would not recommend that Wingstop to anybody I know I will never go there again. it's a shame because I've been going there since that store was built apparently management let alone corporate just doesn't care of the hire anybody and let them treat people like garbage and I'm way too old for that so I hope the restaurant learns something from this. unacceptable behavior. this all could have been avoided with some kindness and simple customer service 👎👎👎😆 well you can read what they said please reach reach out to us which I have done multiple times and I'll continue putting bad reviews until they actually pick up the phone and call me and make good on this they don't care they're just going to bury it with more good reviews I've seen this before and anybody with a brain knows exactly what we're talking about Happy New Year to everybody I don't recommend this store to anyone they simply do not care I would go to the other wingstops locally if you still want to do business with them but the one on Murphy road they don't care it's simple as that. point proven I just called the store directly to see if they were going to make an honor it as the owner stated in his review which is public on Google and they know nothing about it they just back pedal it's all lies. as a matter of fact I think it's time someone did a food inspection to see how clean the place is maybe we need to put that in order and they'll pay attention that's not hard to do anybody else have a something to say about that want to join me let me know they need to be held accountable for their actions and it's up to us to do it.

The issue I have with this location is I called in my order for 8pc wing extra crispy. I was told they don't do that. However I've had it done there before. If the manager of this location actually reads the comment please reply. Why can't THIS location do this

Worst experience ever I went in bought 20 wings and two tenders I should of tasted the food before I left but since this FRENCHISE is the best I dint doubt it I got home me and my wife took one bite and threw the rest the food here at this location is disgusting they make other wingstops look bad i tried talking to the general manager and he dint offer nothing in returned he question my honesty

Wings were SUPER big and nasty. My wings were cooked to long because they were black on the inside. I did not ask for all drums nor did I ask for all flats. I ordered a 10pc wing and had only one flat . ill never spend my money here again. The cashier was very polite and make sure I know the ETA of my order.

This is one of the worst winstops in Houston. I placed an online order at 6:40pm and at 7:30pm they were still not ready. They told me to wait another 20 minutes or get refunded in 5 days. Did not want to give a refund confirmation. Either

Wish I could show a picture.. new phone oh good ness got three flavors on my lemon pepper parmesan they pounded the parmesan also all flavors barbecue and mango habanero wings are cold and hard. I'm so mad . This was such a waste of time and money. Never coming back to this location.

Dude that’s working now need a personality or stop doing customer service. He needs to work behind a computer and not interact with others. Make me not wanna go back to this location. Very rude! My chicken could’ve been cooked longer.

This is based just on the experience of picking up my food. I haven't even tried the food yet so will probably be back to add if the food is less than desirable.

The customer service is non-existent. The young man I interacted with was dry and very unapproachable. No kind of greeting or anything and when I asked about getting the extra seasoning on my fries and pointed out the extra season should have been added while they were hot and those were ice cold, he looked at me like I was crazy. Then asked me if I wanted extra seasoning. Well, that is how I ordered them.

I do not care to ever visit this location again. I will drive all the way to the Westheimer location in the future because I know their service is on point.

Beauty In Chaos

Tried calling the phone just rang. Showed up and the baskets were pulled up. The cook was sitting down eating and a lady stood at the counter being ignored by the employees. Absolutely horrible service… you can’t even call it service.
