I placed an order last night for delivery through the Wingstop App. I have done this before and received my food no problem. I did place the order a bit late but it was accepted and the money was taken from my account. After a bit of time went by I called the store to ask if my food was being delivered and the employee told me that the person delivering my food had left about 8 minutes prior to my call. I never received my food. I called the store on today to request a refund and a different employee told me he would give me a call back in 10 minutes because they were busy. I have not received a call. I have also submitted feedback to get in touch with someone in the Wingstop company over not receiving my order and also measures not being taken to refund me my money.
If you’re going to accept orders through the app, please put in place a system for customers to track where their order is. Also, please have a solution in place for your employees at the store to refund customers when they don’t receive their orders. I should’ve been helped the first time I called and I should’ve received that phone call back but i did not. It’s now been almost 4 hours since calling the store.

I am very disappointed with the service at this Wingstop location. Every time I come to pick up an order, the staff refuses to fill the beverage cups and forces the delivery drivers to do it ourselves. This is a clear violation of health and safety protocols. As a courier, I do not have a food handler’s permit, and I haven't gone through the required hand-washing procedures that restaurant staff must follow. It is unhygienic for customers to have their drinks prepared by someone coming straight from the street/car. Management needs to train the staff to complete orders fully, including drinks, as per their agreement with delivery platforms.

I had the worst experience at this Kirkwood location, I call my order in and it took over 30 minutes and my food was not ready. I asked multiple times and he acted like he didnt understand the cook was laughing and talking instead of cooking. Worst experience ever and I come here often when asked for a refund he cater like he didn't understand as well.

I ordered a 20 piece wing meal, 10 tenders, two fries, and two ranches….. when I tell you I was so upset they gave me someone’s small 6p piece meal. I would recommend another location cause they don’t gaf here
