Ordered on Door Dash. Called literally within 60 seconds of ordering to ask them to make it lemon hot which the app doesn't have. Guy said order was already complete and nothing they can do lol. Happened 11/18 at 7:45.

Steven has poor customer service I told him I wanted Cajun fries after he gave me fries with a lot of salt he proceeded to take my fries and throw Cajun seasoning on top of the salt that was already put on the fries I ask him to make me some more and he proceeded to argue with me about the mistake he made very unprofessional and he should not be an assistant manager his crew member the cook was so much more respectful and did it with no problem not to mention he rushed me off the phone while I was making my order which may be the reason he got my order wrong
I put an online order last night. 1 -10 piece was missing.
The restaurant called me before I could get a mile away. Awesome job guys. I live about 20 min away would've been extremely inconvenient.

Ordered delivery. Less than half of my ordered was delivered. I called and their exact words were “cook said he put it all in the bag” in order to get a refund I had to drive to the location and give them back the food I received. So my 10 dollar tip to the driver I just had to eat. Left there and went through Wendy’s instead. What a waste of a night.
Been going here because is closest and convenient location. Staff is careless and this person 'evelyn' was super rude. Not sure if they got personal issues but as paying customers we deserve respect, I understand we're humans but that nasty attitude is keeping customers away. The guys are pretty chill and take their time w every client.

This Wingstop on Dairy Ashford has been a go-to spot for some hot and flavorful wings. They are always consistent and provide great deals. I also want to give props to their dedication as they got up and going once power was back on after Beryl came through. Wish all the team the best and will be coming back for some more tasty wings.

Wings are on point but the fries are always soggy even after I ask for extra crispy well done , I order on the app and I live around the corner so it's not like the fries are just sitting for a while ,I usually show up before they bag up the food ,it's just something that bothers me all the time and I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but overall I like this location

Food quality is awful. Looked like they gave me chicken and fries that had been sitting out everything was soggy barely any sauce. And the customer service is absolutely horrible as if i was bothering them for wanting them to make my order how i asked for it. I’m a paying customer i expect to get what im paying for. Trifling.
