The manager here (or at least I assume he’s the manager; he typically works the register), likes to play games with paying customers. I’ve literally lived in the area for years, and I frequently order from this location. Saying that to say, the employees know who I am, at least they recognize my order. I typically place pickup orders through DoorDash. For the last year, this guy tells me he needs “my confirmation number” to give me the food that I’ve paid for. BUT get this, DoorDash doesn’t provide confirmation numbers for customers placing pickup orders. I’ve showed this guy my app, with all my pickup info where he could see that his request would be impossible to fill because he’s asking for something that didn’t exist. NOT only that, I’ve placed my order on days he wasn’t working, and no other cashier has asked me for this “confirmation number”, he’s the only one that does this! I’m usually asked for my name, which I gladly hide and go on about my way. If this had happened once, that would be understandable! But he continues to do this anytime I place an order! Today, I placed my order through their website and not DoorDash. Today he proceeds to ask me for my last name after I gave him my first name plus my exact order. THIS guy is going to turn away your customers. There’s another location 15 minutes away from me that I will gladly go to without being harassed. I’ve been into this location multiple times and have witnessed this one particular guy giving the patrons a hard time. What is the purpose? ??

This place should close the doors permanently.... when your shift manager behaves like the one here did I question how they are still in business. That guy was the nastiest rudest person ive ever met and never again will we eat there or any wingstop for that matter because clearly the brand doesn't care about customers or cleanliness.

Update:Update: After a frustrating experience with my order (which was actually a DoorDash delivery issue), the Wingstop store manager personally apologized and issued a full refund. I appreciate the way they handled it and have updated this review to reflect that. Thank you for making it right.
Ordered a 10 piece, got home just to find they only gave me 6. How do y'all mess up a simple order

this is my wingstop and they do a really good job the hispanic guy, I think he is guatemalteco not sure his name but he cool he helped me to decided what I want to order and he gave me an good option

I didn’t receive my fries or my ranch.
There wasn’t anyone else waiting for food, yet somehow they managed to screw up the one order in front of them.

Terrible service. Front desk girl (small hispanic 4/8 at 815 pm). Admitted she made me wait after 3 people ordered to give me food that I saw her previously check and was already ready. Saw me walk in and people came in after me. I was trying to do the respectful thing and get out of the way of ordering people but this was too much for her mind to comprehend. Got an attitude and said you should have been in line. Crazy service. Don't hire people like this. It's obvious she hates her job.

Don't order on the phone.. leave u on hold for a very long time... I called 3 times n each time... immediately on hold.. I was frustrated n just ordered online..

Hit and miss. Wingstop is wingstop tho.. one day it’s perfect, next time is just ok.. today it was just ok.. but I’ll always go back.
