I went over to this location on 1-8-2026 at 8:03pm. I ordered an 8pc bone in combo all flats. I specifically requested that the wings be fully well done. The clerk Anyili told me that will be ok and I reminded her again to be for sure, I didn't mind waiting. Once I got my order the wings were not well done they were cooked how they normally would cook the wings with little to no sauce or seasonings. I brought the attention to another clerk and told her how I requested the wings and she told me we don't do that so I requested my money back I also told her other Wingstop handle these requests and make good on them. I will never go back to this location again with the incompetent staff that they have.

I talked to Henry the manager and he made everything right. Henry went over and beyond.

It’s always like that, when they gonna make a change; I spend more then 90 bucks just to receive low quality service 3/10

The employee Anyili is rude and count your change against the receipt. She can short change you.
I ordered regular fries and she said $3.18 when I buy it almost 2-3 times a week and pay $3.02. The receipt said $3.02 but she took $3.13. She could do the math right either. This is a very small order and still she kept some money. I would have left a lot more in tips. This itself showes the person she is, so watch out when you visit the store.

The manager here (or at least I assume he’s the manager; he typically works the register), likes to play games with paying customers. I’ve literally lived in the area for years, and I frequently order from this location. Saying that to say, the employees know who I am, at least they recognize my order. I typically place pickup orders through DoorDash. For the last year, this guy tells me he needs “my confirmation number” to give me the food that I’ve paid for. BUT get this, DoorDash doesn’t provide confirmation numbers for customers placing pickup orders. I’ve showed this guy my app, with all my pickup info where he could see that his request would be impossible to fill because he’s asking for something that didn’t exist. NOT only that, I’ve placed my order on days he wasn’t working, and no other cashier has asked me for this “confirmation number”, he’s the only one that does this! I’m usually asked for my name, which I gladly hide and go on about my way. If this had happened once, that would be understandable! But he continues to do this anytime I place an order! Today, I placed my order through their website and not DoorDash. Today he proceeds to ask me for my last name after I gave him my first name plus my exact order. THIS guy is going to turn away your customers. There’s another location 15 minutes away from me that I will gladly go to without being harassed. I’ve been into this location multiple times and have witnessed this one particular guy giving the patrons a hard time. What is the purpose? ??

This place should close the doors permanently.... when your shift manager behaves like the one here did I question how they are still in business. That guy was the nastiest rudest person ive ever met and never again will we eat there or any wingstop for that matter because clearly the brand doesn't care about customers or cleanliness.

Update:Update: After a frustrating experience with my order (which was actually a DoorDash delivery issue), the Wingstop store manager personally apologized and issued a full refund. I appreciate the way they handled it and have updated this review to reflect that. Thank you for making it right.
