The store is around the corner from where I live and I decided a few weeks ago to give it a try. I made my order online while sitting in the parking lot and then went in to get it. It was ready quite quickly and the staff was very polite and quick to make things happen. The food was good, not extraordinary, and had a fairly good value for what I paid.

Very friendly, courteous, employees. The lady who took the order is very knowledgeable and great sense of humor. She broke the ice when customers walked in looking upset. I will definitely be coming back.
I love the cheese fries I love the mango habanero and the Parmesan cheese wings to go with that southern iced tea.

It was the day of a special so maybe that was the reason. I stood there in line and the cashier kept calling the customers around me in Spanish as if I was not even there. It took another customer, who when the cashier called her she told her I had been there first. When I responded in Spanish they were even more surprised but just because I'm blavk and the majority of this area is Mexican/Hispanic does not mean you treat me differently. My money is just as green as anyone else's. When I finally got my food it was cold

Dined with 5+ coworkers. Ordered sandwich combo with Louisiana rub, fries, a drink and veggie sticks. They forgot to add extra Pickles. They gave me extra fries due to the wait. Sandwich and fries were hot and fresh and veggies were crisp.
They say 20 minutes till your order is ready then they finish in 10 then just wrap your order and throw it on a shelf cold fries and cold wings is ridiculous
