2 hours to get my order 15 minutes for the manager to notice me on the conter and then I still get the wrong order .i feel bad for the cook busting his back for bad management

I don’t know why most the time is a drama there, I love Wing-stop, but most the time I order it my order take much longer than the app said, and today they forgot to put my 8 pieces lemon and pepper wings. 👎🏻 So I had to called them and drove to take them.

Damien and Eddie were so sweet and so fast with their service and were very attentive while taking and making my order! 10/10 the best wingstop I’ve been to in a while, they deserve many blessings!
I went there a few days ago and my bf had ordered over the phone. When I got there, the food wasn't ready yet and it took over an hour when it was. I asked why it took so long and one employee said she thought she had sent my food out already and the cashier told me that there was something wrong with the receipt, which didn't make no sense whatsoever. I was highly upset that they had me waiting that long smdh. Then when I got home, there was a lot of grease on the bottom of my bag, which got on my pants, and the fries were real hard. All of that was totally unacceptable.
