It’s a damn shame how I have to open up my order and inspect it to make sure everything is correct. Employees here need re-training to understand the difference between classic and boneless wings because apparently they don’t know the difference. I ordered classic and was given boneless. Please do a better job smh.

I placed my order online an hour in advance.
When I got to the restaurant, I checked my bag and noticed that the large container of ranch was missing. I mentioned it to the lady at the front counter and she immediately gave me attitude and told me that they ran out of the big cups so they gave me several small containers.

I also noticed that I only had 1 box for 20 wings.
10 traditional and 10 boneless. They had stuffed all 20 wings into 1 box and they were all traditional. I again mentioned that the wing order was wrong. They took back the wings and made me wait almost an hour before giving me my correct order. Keep in mind, they were fulfilling other boneless orders the Whole time they had me waiting. When I checked the boneless wings, they barely put any seasoning on them (I ordered garlic Parmesan)

Can’t forget the fries. They were dry even though I had ordered them with normal seasoning.

Horrible customer service and experience.
I have made a mental note to never order from this Wingstop again. I will drive the extra miles to avoid this location.

I had a great experience at Wingstop thanks to one of the employees. He was extremely kind, patient, and provided excellent customer service. He greeted me with a smile, made sure my order was correct, and checked if I needed anything else. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like that, and it definitely made my visit much better. I really appreciate his professionalism and friendliness—Wingstop is lucky to have him on their team!

Please hire some women in here , there are so many men with locs cooking with no hair nets , they cook very slow . I place a pickup order yesterday and I’m looking in the kitchen watching how slow they are moving and just talking . I waited for 30 mins just to get “hot wings” and cold fries . People spend their hard earn money to get cold food .

I order my food online and it said it was going to be ready in 21 minutes so I headed over to pick up my food and it wasn’t ready until 30 more minutes passed and food was all cold and the fries were cold also 😡😡😡😡 people working there didn’t even know where to start with so many orders they need some guidance

Honestly instead of a 20 minute wait yall needa put actual time took almost hour for my order to be ready. Placed 942pm came to restaurant at 10:08 still wasn’t ready didn’t receive my actual food till 10:26pm. For a Thursday that’s crazy either needa help these employees more or put actual wait time on website. Food great just this service is terrible.

Stay away from here if you trying to stay free employees rude no customers service special the HR that was there today was kicked out the store and was made to wait for my order outside once the order came wrong flavor bone -in when I ordered boneless couldn’t fix the order and refused to refund my money and thank you HR and your store team for the racial discrimination you made

Kinda crazy I paid for 50 wings and I received 1 fry for my order I asked for 2 LARGE fry’s and they literally gave me 1 small fry … I give them back the food and let them know and the service was rude! The lady at the front grabbed my food and added like 2 more fries mind you I said 2… horrible service.

Placed order online and when I got home the order was wrong and items were missing. Waiting on my food, the place is unsanitary and no one is using gloves nor hair nets.

Had me check the bag first to make sure it was right, ranch cup was unsealed and spilt everywhere in bag. Checked wings, were all shoved in the same box. My boneless wings were incredibly small compared to the pictures and how i normally get them and all i got was “thats how they come out of the bag i cant do anything”

Every time we go up there it’s a lots of horse playing laughing chicken hard fries burnt your people don’t care have to still wait over 30 mins after your order online this wing stop or the worst i go to any other wing stop and I have no problem but this on 12100 veterans .
