I don't know what's going on, but ordering this wingstop through ubereats is taking so long. I feel bad for the driver having to wait so he or she can get paid to deliver.

While enjoying a few beer at the near by bar I place an order over the phone for pick up so that I could eat at the bar. The employee that answered the phone was polite and very professional. My order was spot on and cooked perfectly. If I’m in the area again I’ll def be stoping by.

I always order here and never had a problem until today. I just received a Uber eats order and the ENTIRE BOTTOM OF THE CONTAINER WAS FILLED WITH OIL SO BAD IT WENT THROUGH THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG!!!!!! ITS SO MUCH OIL MY BIRD CAN TAKE A BATH IN IT!!! LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME WHAT ARE YALL DOING IN THE KITCHEN. Do you expect me to feed my kids this??? Not to mention the food is just tossed in there and my wings are so soggy it looks basically uncooked. who ever packed/made my food you don’t need to be in the kitchen AT ALL!!!

Customer service is rude, don’t go here. I told them they had me on hold for 15 mins and he said you keep calling back like I can magically change the system. Find another job if you aren’t good at customer service.

I made a online order never had an issue with my wingstop on fondren and 59, was over here visiting my cousin, it was 4 of us so trust me we paid a lot of money for all of our food and the kids food! I had forgot to make my 6 piece bone in FLATS ONLY so we called the store and said specifically “hey we forgot to do just flats can you change it I don’t mind paying extra when I get there since I do know you guys charge more” so the girl in the phone said yes that’s fine she confirmed so we get there I check in 5 minutes after we’re sitting there the guy in the front cashier his name is Octavio!! goes “my manager said we don’t have anymore flats” i said how is it 7 in the evening and you don’t have any flats and mind you my cousin before me just ordered wings and got FLATS ONLY! So i’m like no that’s not right the lady just confirmed and my cousin just got flats only! so then the guy says “okay well we can’t up charge you for the flats” I grabbed my cousins receipt and show and explain how can you not up charge when you just upcharged my cousin the girl in the front then laughs and goes “ I don’t know why my manager is saying that we can do it” so i go exactly i’m not wrong! then the guy in front his name is OCTAVIO is so nervous he is playing with his shirt not knowing what next lie to say !!! and goes “well you didn’t order it that way so we can’t do it” okay but after making 3 lies and confirming on the phone you can’t make a 6 piece bone in all flats?!!! so i left it alone at that point i just wanted my food and they’re lucky our kids were hungry because if not we would’ve asked for a refund and just got our food else where the guy in the front was so rude the whole time and was fighting the managers battles now i’ve worked in fast food industry that was just not the way to go about things so we’re sitting waiting for our food, and the manager goes up to the two at the front and is talking to them in spanish saying “if the customer wants 10 or more wings all flats just tell them we don’t have any because we can’t be doing that” and proceeds to get mad at the girl because she was the one to confirm on the phone so he must’ve thought we weren’t going to understand but we know spanish So I speak up and say “so lie to your customers basically?” and mind you all we wanted was our 6 piece bone in all flats!!!! never once did we say 10 or more just ridiculous and mind you the manager kept hiding in the back letting his employees who looked so nervous and didn’t know what lie to come up with next it was so frustrating not once did he come up to try to explain or talk to us! All of my cousins together spend more than $150 I swear if it wasn’t for our kids I would’ve left the food and took my money else where! What kind of service is that and to top it off the fries were just all dropped in the bag they were probably bothered we caught them in they’re lie they just threw our fries in there and were so cold the guy in the front just leaves my food in the front and i go is this mine, IGNORED the lady then goes for natalie, like how petty just let me know my foods ready so i can finally leave !!! Basically picked a fight with us over something so small and as all this is happening not once did the manager come and talk to us, Just Pathetic.. Worse experience ever

If I could give them one star I would.I cancelled my order immediately after placing it and paying for it over the phone l.The cashier told me I would be refunded within 7 business days.I spoke to the manager,Carlos, on 9/18/2025 at 6:55 pm.He wouldn’t acknowledge that I couldn’t get a refund because I didn’t have the food I never received.He allowed a cashier to communicate this to me.When I requested to speak to him , and he rudely disconnected the call.I will never spend another penny at Wingstop.I would advise you not to either.

THEY POURED A BUNCH OF CAJUN SPICE ON MY FRIES AND DIDNT EVEN MIX IT IN! IT WAS OVERLY SALTY, same thing with the boneless wings!!!!!

Hot, fresh, and a fair price for hot wings. This location has been well staffed when I visited on 2 occasions. But I can’t seem to get the wonderful satisfaction I once got from chowing down on hot wings. Is it just me? Or is chicken not as tasty as it once was?
