I was very surprised at the level of service that Ziad gave us at dinner. He treated our dine in just like the bigger chain dine in restaurants and made sure our meal was great!
I normally consider WingStop as a drive through type of restaurant but he was on top of everything. Thanks Ziad!

It took over a month for me to get my money back from this place because the manager kept dodging me after telling me the money would be refunded when my delivery order never arrived. It was confirmed the same night, and I should've had the refund in 5-7 business days. Took me calling for weeks y'all, and he was literally dodging my calls, so I had to pull up on them! At that point he blamed the accountant, and I stood there until he contacted this accountant and initiated the refund. And because I had to do ALL of this, I vowed to never ever support this location again. When a business shows me just how greedy they are, they immediately and forever lose me as a patron.

I normally come to this location because it’s close to my home..tonight I just can’t anymore. 1. Order was not correct, I should have checked it before I left, plus I paid extra for my request. 2. The soda machine is filthy! I have a habit of looking in the cup when getting my drink out of a dispenser. Was getting coke with no ice and black particles was coming out as well..I thought maybe if I let it run awhile then it would be better..sadly not the case. 3. I sat there and watch 3 people that came in and order get there order and leave, while I myself had order before hand. I finally asked and got my order that had been sitting. I didn’t get my receipt after paying. Just not a good experience at all!
Edit: I called and spoke to the manager and they gave us a credit towards our next visit and they were polite.

Dry up wings over cook or refried and rude store manager
Worst wings I ever had, they were not just broken, but the texture was as of you had reheated them in a microwave after 2 weeks in the fridge.
Only gave a 4 for food because I feel as if the chicken could use a couple more shakes to remove the excessive grease

It's totally my fault. I ordered a bundle/value pack of boneless wings when I wanted bone-in.
I really don't understand why anyone orders these incredibly salty NUGGETS. They all taste the same even though we chose 4 flavors. Also, why is even the ranch dressing so salty? I totally accept that I ordered the wrong thing, but who on earth thinks these things are good? It's incredibly disappointing.
PS: THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS A BONELESS WING.
