Got my food at a timely manner. Hot and fresh. Only thing I would recommend is always ask for your food to be SAUCYYYY. Wasn't coated enough for me but other than that it was good.

I usually get my wings to go. Whatever is left over I pop them into my convection/air fryer the next day for breakfast.

Very bad atmosphere the employees they didn’t seem like they were in a hurry to help anyone. We got the food waiting in line to get our drinks, but the Coke machine was being refilled. The girl was taking her time. Maybe she was new but she didn’t act like she knew what she was doing. We have four people in line waiting to get a drink. Well, there was no ice. They had a service ice from behind the counter. This has been the last couple times I have gone there. I do not have my receipt today. I wish I have kept the receipt my husband it away.. My husband went to go pick up our food. He was not happy with the service and the conditions. The wings were good, but he told me not to go back. I guess I will not be going back unless things change. I talked to the manager she said her name was Lucille and that she apologize . But she says she got ice from the other store so they could have ice for this store. She understands that it hasn’t been working for a while, but she said the manager or the owner corporate knows about it so I’m not sure.. Just wanted to let someone know we will not be back and we will be telling our neighbors about the condition some of them already know. They go to a different location to get their wings.

Cashier was not welcoming at all she was more enthusiastic with her co workers who all seemed high her as well she was walking back and fourth with a small black box (food) you could tell she was going to the back of the kitchen to eat the soda machine was FILTHY over flowing ice dry soda splashes and gnats it was literally a box of half used potatoes sitting next to it with MORE gnats something was definitely odd about the soda taste something just didn’t taste fresh as if the ice machine could be corroded with mold or maybe the machine pumping the soda syrup I DONT KNOW but something didn’t taste right the chicken seemed double dipped too I worked at the wingstop on little York and 45 back in 2022-23 so I know how everything supposed to go and they did NOT play that shit‼️ everybody at this location just seemed careless and should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY‼️

Went to this location to pick up my order which was not ready so I ask the store manager which is lucia wen will it be ready she just looked at me with a blank face and said 5 min which was a lie it was more like 30 min I will never come back to this one I will stick with the one on Antoine by foodarama which is waaaaay better an more professional

Food was good. I ordered online so I can just pick up and go. The time-line I was given was 16-21 minutes. When I arrived I was told another 8 minutes but that ended up being another 21 minutes. The soda machine was out of soda and ice and was very dirty. Black gunk on the door when the young lady was changing the syrup. So glad I didn't get a soda. Don't think I'll go to that one again.

Very bad experience at this Wingstop place my order online waited 45 minutes and my order still was not ready. Spoke with the manager the next day because nobody would pick up the phone when I was trying to call All. She did give us a very nasty nasty attitude, very bad very bad experience

Never order delivery from here. 3 times in a row it took over an hour and half and food was super cold. This time door dash canceled after 1hr and 36 min I went to pick it up myself and it was cold I told the guy at the counter and asked if they could heat it back up somehow he ignored me. I stood there for 5 min no one would help me. If I could give zero stars I would. Get away from door dash is my recommendation

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Wingstop, and it all stems from the poor management by Lucia Guadalupe. Her lack of customer service was shocking. I asked her to check the soda machine because it was in a terrible state—filthy with ice overflowing, flies buzzing around, soda splatters everywhere, and what looked like slime in the ice machine. When I requested the contact information for her supervisor, she dismissively told me to “call corporate” because she didn’t have one.

The overall cleanliness of this location was appalling. The grease they use doesn’t even smell fresh. It was dirty and unsanitary, so I asked for a refund and left. To make matters worse, another customer told me they had also asked for the machine to be cleaned, and their request was refused as well. This location deserves a 0/10 rating.

I strongly urge Wingstop to retrain Lucia Guadalupe in her managerial duties or reconsider her position. I will never visit this location again.

People please, and i mean please take your coins to a business that appreciates your business. First off, i ordered my wing meals to go, granted we just had a storm, my lights just came back on, did some cleaning and now it’s time to eat. Almost three days without electricity, who’s cooking? Not me. Let’s go to wingstop one of few places open, not a long line like other restaurants around that are open. Order my food, take a seat, expect the place and notice that nobody has cleaned up in a while. Cups everywhere, sticky tables, and more cups everywhere. Watching doordash pick up orders, random people picking up orders, more cups. Now why am i emphasizing more on just cups. I see now why people coming in complaining that there’s no drinks. So i asked the staff, hey are you guys out of drinks? Yes we are, they say. So why are you still charging people for drinks ( including me) and you are out? Problem is i haven’t made my drinks because im still waiting on my order. So am i going to get a refund for my drinks? No we can give you two ranches! So i suppose to drink ranches? Where’s the manager? She’s not here. Ok so what’s the next step? Nothing you just don’t have drinks that you (i) paid for! Ok i’m calling corporate first thing tomorrow morning. People there was a storm, yes i understand that things like this happens. The problem lies where customers come in and they still didn’t acknowledge that this was an issue. Just continued to take orders giving people cups knowing that they were out of beverages. I was nice, what’s the next step when someone not nice becomes a big problem? Take your business elsewhere please. These kids are rude and don’t know how to conduct business properly.
