Horrible service!!!! Fountain drinks out of order. They had Super K drinks instead. No refunds for the drinks I paid for already or exchange for Fries!. Never again coming to this location!!

I like the way they fry their wings. The only downside to this location is they are normally pretty busy. So be ready for a slightly longer than normal wait.

This Wingstop has been a horrible experience each and every time. I came in on 1/21/24 to pick an online order. Almost an hour later my order wasn't even close to being completed. I requested for a refund and left with NO FOOD. The young lady at the counter said it would take 5-7 business days to receive a refund and we are on day 10 and I have yet to receive anything. I called on 1/31/24 requesting to speak with a manager. I was called back by someone (not the manager) and was told I would receive my refund the next day. It is 2/2/24 and I have yet to receive my refund. Every time I request to speak with a manager, they are not there. Who is managing this place??? At this point, I feel like my money is just being stolen as I didn't even leave with food. Horrible.

We waited 40+ minutes for a 32 wing order and the food still wasn’t out, meanwhile others were being served the whole time. When asked for a refund ,we were told that it would take 5-10 business days to get the money back. The workers looked like teenagers and ignored customers when trying to get them to correct their order. TL;DR Don’t go to this location if you expect decent customer service and to get your food in a reasonable time.

The cashier at the front Eric with the long hair was extremely rude and after waiting a whole hour for my food i asked if i could get free ranch or honey mustard and he told me no after seeing another employee giving out free ranch and Buffalo sauce he also had an attitude. Not once did i raise my voice i was very understanding that they were busy but the attitude from him was extremely unnecessary. The other young lady that was at the register was very polite and apologized for the wait.

HORRIBLE!!!! Now this goes from back months ago, I’d get little to no sauce on my sauce. Literally little to none. I tried to get me refund back on the website from ordering and I can’t do that I don’t know why or how??? Very frustrating. I never get utensils either. These are my Hawaiian wings. This is the 3rd time this location done this to me

My husband placed a to go order at this location , when we got home we noticed that we were missing an item. He called to see about a refund and he was put on hold. I called back and was put on hold and hung up on. When we got them back on the line they claimed that we weren’t able to get a refund . We were giving the options of picking it up or getting a credit. We don’t live near this Wingstop so I asked to speak to the manager, when she got on the phone she was rude, she talked very loudly and hung up the phone without asking a name for a credit.

I ordered a complete meal for my family, the staff shorted me 5 wings meant for my child, in the process of finding this, I called and asked for my refund, they claimed they couldn't give me a refund and that I'd need to pick up the wings, mind you I do not live in that area just passing through, the call was escalated to the Owner who was more disrespectful than her staff telling me that there wouldn't be a refund and hung up the phone.Take your money and your family elsewhere.

If I could give them a 0 on service, I would tbh. They are so bad with orders. If you order online be ready to arrive and watch them start your order. They never have it ready the time it's supposed to be ready. Unless you show up and are ready to pick up, they won't even start the order. Wouldn't suggest the place unless it's a last choice. The food is also always either too greasy or too salty.
