On 13 March, at 7:32 pm, I placed an order through the wingstop app. It was marked as delivered, but was not actually delivered, I attempted to contact the store, and was repeatedly placed on hold or hung up on, and when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was no manager on the premises. I am now demanding a full refund on my order, and as of yet have not received it.

Do not order online they use door dash to deliver and they will steal your food and Wingstop knows this and still uses them for delivery.Jeffery is very rude and unprofessional and should not be answering the phone the manager is only 20 and asks his age they play too much when you go to the location very ghetto

Called them for 30 minutes. The phone rang for 30 minutes. I drove down to place my order in person instead. While waiting I saw the employee at the counter pick up the phone every call, put it on hold and then place the phone down. He never returned to those phone calls, just left them there the whole 20 minutes I waited for my food. 01/26/24

We've been to this location several times. The food has always been good. It's a small location with just 1 TV, which is expected. The only issue is that we would be missing items on our to go order and have to go back in to get them. Drinks on several occasions, extra ranch that we paid for, or our fries on other occasions.Vegetarian options: Only veggies sticks as a side dish. No veggies entre.Parking: It's in a strip mall. Parking can get crowded during peak hours.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Has handicap parking and a wheelchair ramp further down from the store front.

Making the wings is always slow. Plus, the soda dispensing machine was broken (would not dispense Coke) and the floor near the toilets kept filling with water (an employee mopped it up once but the puddle returned when my meal was done).
