This location has bad delivery and customer service. I called and no answer. Left them a message and no call back. Very frustrating when trying to watch the superbowl and have some wings but no wings were delivered.

I will never order or pay for anything from Wingstop ever again! Literally everytime I go there service is terrible and wait times are even worse but this time was my final straw. This happened a few months back I ordered food for pick up while me and my family were on our way home. I walk in tell him my name and I pay, the whole time the guys in there were looking at me like they hated me because I stayed in the restaurant and didn’t leave and go back outside. I only ordered wings for just myself because I didn’t eat what my family ate so it was only a 15 pc and some fries. They sat around for a long while on there phone. I walked out and told my wife it’s going to take awhile and walked back in and when I did the heavy set Venezuelan guy got pissed off and said something to his co worker who were still on their phone. I got tired of waiting because they weren’t even cooking my wings just sitting around mean mugging me like I was a nuisance. As I sat there progressively getting more and more angry i literally watch him open a bag of god knows who’s wings they were and throw them in the deep fryer. He then takes them out and sauces em an gives em to the other co worker (still on his phone) and looks directly at me and says something to his co worker and makes a hand gesture like get out. The guy has the nerve to walk up to the counter and throw it on the counter and walk away and not say anything. The younger man who worked at the counter was listening to them and said “I guess this is yours”. I open the bag there’s no ranch that ordered and kid says “you didn’t order any” which I actually ordered extra so I ended up paying for the ranch and when I was doing this the whole time the heavy set guy was just talking away back there in Spanish. I eventually asked him do you have a problem and he pretended not to know who I was and I was explaining everything to my wife. The second I got home I opened the bag they were the wrong flavors and there were only 12, which I know for a fact they were old wings sitting there from someone who didn’t pick there order up! I literally was taunted and talked about for ordering my food and waiting inside I have never almost gotten into a physical altercation with someone just for them having to make my food. I literally had to stop myself from going up there because I know for a fact it would’ve escalated very quickly. Never once did I act like a Karen or even talk disrespectful I was quite and even I was on my phone. Wingstop why do you hire these people? Like seriously why do you hire people hate who hate to work? They are literally destroying your company before your eyes I wish I had anything good to say about my experience. The only thing that kept me going back was the ranch because I’m a sucker for good ranch. After this no more I do not care I will eat it but I will not pay for it ever again they will never see my business and I hope they don’t see yours either whoever is reading this!

I am giving three stars because I suppose it’s my fault. I am one of the many victims of not paying attention and ordering boneless wings instead of bone in. I truly believe wing stop waits for poor tired mothers like me to order these balls of salty breading with a questionable chicken breast interior. Why are these abominations on the menu??? They’re so completely off brand compared to the delicious always dependable wings. I can only assume that it’s a trap to save overhead on the rising market prices on chicken wings. It is genius I admit, 😩😫wait for a few hundred suckers around the country, to come home bleary eyed and tired after work to accidentally order these so called “boneless”wings that are exactly the same price a regular wings; then watch the revenue increase at the end of each fiscal year. Well I was your sucker today wing stop! But as god as my witness I will never go boneless again!!! A chicken with no bone is a meal with no satisfaction. 🐓🍗

Either this business or the company is doing some nefarious stuff with your personal banking information.
On more than one occasion are debit card, or credit card is declined. For NO REASON. There's nothing wrong with our accounts, we have plenty of money. But their system declines first attempt on payment and then will accept it on a second or third try. Meanwhile your banking information is being captured by a third party that is NOT affiliated with Wingstop.

If you feel you have no choice but to come and eat here, do it in person and pay cash. Do not use your credit card or debit card.

My first time trying this location and I don't think I will go back. It took forever to get my food that I ordered via the app. I asked for extra wet and they did not do it. This location was VERY short staffed.

Placed order online for pick up. When I arrive to the restaurant there is no greeting just stares. Finally when acknowledged I am told my order was mistakenly given to another person. Then I was told “sorry about that bro we will remake it”

Ordered tonight online. Order was fine and good but whoever put the ranch didn’t close the lid or put the ranch the right way and when I get home my bag was leaking and there was ranch everywhere! Idk if it’s the lids that suck or the person who was putting the ranch in the bag that sucks! Now I have to eat dry wings n I should’ve checked before leaving .

There’s something very wrong with the food…

My husband and I wanted some wingstop. Mind you we never had an issued like this before. We tried this place out and my husband ended up with throwing up, within the hour. We got the 20pcs boneless chicken and the Louisiana voodoo fries. I think he got food poisoning.

Order was placed for a take out and I showed up 5 minutes after the scheduled time and the order was not ready.

Waited another 20 something minutes and the order came out wrong.

Blasted them on X and provided my receipt and pictures. I was told they would contact me.

Followed up via X and was promised a refund. 3 weeks later, still nothing.

Yall might have better luck with a different location.

Every-time I place an order with a special request to have my chicken cooked well done, this location does not know what “well-done” means. It irritates my soul because cooking the chicken longer is so simple to do but they fail to do it every-time. I don’t understand. Why am I paying $15+ for an order when it can’t be executed the way I’ve requested it? I need this location to do better.
