i am 9 months pregnant, specifically ordered ranch with my food and got blue cheese instead i didn’t notice that it was blue cheese until the food was majorly eaten. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager after telling the manager pregnant women are not supposed to eat blue cheese and i started to get belly cramps from it he stated, “it’s nothing he could do about it besides give me the ranch i was supposed to receive” if i end up going to the hospital tonight a lawsuit will be filed!

My 38 week fiancée & I ordered food from here and asked for RANCH. We received blue cheese but did not notice it was blue cheese because we do not eat blue cheese. Just thought it tasted weird. I seen chunks in my supposed “ranch” and then I realized it was in fact blue cheese not ranch. It would not have been a big deal but my fiancée is pregnant which can harm our child. Called them immediately and asked to get a refund and was told all they can do is give us 2 ranches, told us even if we speak to the general manager he will tell us the same thing. I will be speaking to the GM tomorrow.

Horrible phone service! If i could leave no stars I would. They answer the phone and before you can say anything they tell you to hold. After finally answering the phone I asked to speak to the manager which was the guy answering phones....he starts to yell at me after I tell him the wait issue over the phone to place an order(3x placed on hold) RUDE phone service coming from the manager! Never again ordering from here!

Just picked my order up, sewage coming out of the manhole in front of the door, got to step in it to get to the door and to get back to the car. Got boneless 8 pc, 2 of the 8 were half the size of a McNugget. Asked for extra wet and there was only a tablespoon of sauce in the whole container. Also barely any fries.
I guess I ordered oil with a side of wings and burnt fries but they did give me ranch :)

i was taking my girls to the restroom because i was going to get a soda so i was like might as well take them to the restroom this lady that was working at the counter was so rude she told my girls “restrooms are for paying customers only” so i responded with “yes ma’am im buying a soda” she gave me the rudest look ever. so after 5 minutes i hadn’t got my soda and she told my girls the code and told me straight to my face “im trying my best we are clearly busy” i responded with “of course ma’am i understand that im just waiting to buy my soda” she responded again with “no you dont need a soda you can get out of line” and was so disrespectful to me and my young girls mind you they are teenagers who were just trying to go the restroom this is my first experience with this wingstop and it was unbelievable.

The worst experience with this staff, we placed an order on DoorDash, they sent us the wrong order, there were 2 wing services and 2 dads, they sent 3 dads and only 1 wing service, we called and they said if we could go pick them up "we still had "I had to handle it, which was what we didn't want" because it's because they sent the order wrong and the lady in the store was arrogant. I just needed her to throw the bag in someone's face. My husband told her thank you and she just said it. I don't know, we always ordered here often, but with this we will NEVER EVER return, seriously they lost a good customer...
