The food was mid the boneless wings were dried inside and full of oil. The fries I bought the vuuduu ones and they were dried amd tasted old the flavor wasnt even worth the extra money. The service was okay and the atmosphere was bad it felt like walking into a deserted town.

We made a order last night & the food was disgusting it made us sick , we put special requests like extra well done & our chicken was raw it looked like they made it with their feet or something! The ranch was super Thick like it was expired . The workers here suck! They close at 12 and were complaining because customers were coming in , it was 11:20 and the phone kept ringing and they were just ignoring it because they wanted to leave early.

I am a person who works every day serving delivery for this event and today I was denied the use of the public bathroom. That's what one of their employees said and I said that it was an emergency since I was working in delivery for Uber Eats. She said that it didn't matter that staff like this have this attitude and inhumanity out of preference, so Uber will pay me well, just a delivery.

So obviously with it being superbowl you expect a wait. That isn't the complaint. I got there and the cashier said it'll be another 20 minutes after the estimated time. Still that's fine. But I can't wait, so I ask if I can just cancel my order and he says let me get a manager, comes back and says they age working on it and will not let me cancel my order. They weren't, took another 15- 20 minutes, and he was being kinda shady not letting me cancel the order.
