Food changing been eating there every since 1994 the best wings right size fresh taste seasoning now wings look like their starving or they killed some baby chickens hard like they were cooked 2days earlier and left out the fridge on those 2 days

My wife and I visited this Wingstop location today.. the young girl at the cashier was very nice, no complaints about her.. my complaint is I waited 37 minutes realizing that they are taking a bit long and I'm dining in, the location was completely empty just me and my wife.. so I go to the cashier and ask her how much longer is the wait.. she said they're making them right now so I waited an additional 20 minutes!! so it took them almost a whole hour to prepare two 8-piece combo meals.. only 16 wings.. ridiculous never coming back to this location ever again shame on them... more likely it has something to do with its location...

Bad attention, the man treated me in a bad way, when a young woman called him. to translateThen it was difficult for them to give me my order, they attended to everyone except me when he told my order to the lady at the cashier, I spoke in a bad way that was missing, very bad attention and attitude on the part of both of them

The drinks machine tasted bad and I told an employee IN A NICE WAY literal and she agreed then I’m guessing the manager came and messed whit the machine and I asked if I could have lemonade from the drinks they have in the fridge and he said “ if you buy it “ like ?? Sir you work in customer service , you cannot be rude like that I mean I would at-least offer a water bottle ?? To make my customer happy I literal was being nice about it and he kept saying “ it taste good to me “ like this wasn’t about him it was about what is good for the customer RUDE HORRIBLE !!! Never again .

02/01/2024. Working as a delivery and with a double order of 4 drinks, the worker did not want to give me two cupholders. Each order included two drinks. two clients. I had to cancel the order. very bad service 6:30 pm. The cashiers talking instead of serving.
