One star does not even begin to address the issues here. Got my order wrong. Missed items that I paid for. Sign on the door says they close at 11. I got there around 8:50pm hoping to dine in. All tables and chairs were stacked so that no one can eat in so I obliged to take out. I placed my order and was very clear. Repeated myself to confirm it was right. Waited over 30 Mins for my order. At one point they said Jennifer so I assumed it was me as I also saw some voodoo fries go in the bag which was what I ordered. I get home no voodoo fries so I call at about 10 meaning the place shouldn’t be closed. “Kyla”rudely answered the phone & said we are closed and I said I wanted to speak to manager. She was in the background saying why she talking to me like that knowing damn well I can just hand up. What?! Clueless manager answered and said nothing could be done about my order because they were closed. I told her I’m sure u put my fries in another bag because I was watching them pack the orders and the name was similar. Manager then said well if you saw then u could’ve said that. First of all no- it’s not my job it’s your job to get orders right. I don’t know what other customers are ordering! I was upset because literally all I was going for was the fries and I said why if you’re not closed your sign says 11pm she then proceeded to say that at that location they close at 10. When I asked for their names the loud obnoxious girl who originally answered was in the background saying what’s her name. I requested what would be done about my order as I paid extra for my fries and didn’t get that Manager Griselda Then pretended she couldn’t hear me and hung up. Direct message at the personnel if you don’t like your job find another one. Take some pride in what you do. Thanks to you Will never return here. Wingstop can keep their ghetto personnel because most likely with that kind of customer service they won’t find a job anywhere else and wingstop will continue losing customers.

Ordered my food online and waited outside.. I should have stayed in the car because it smelled like beach water and sewage in the lobby. I know the flood had businesses out here struggling but they could have aired the place out. Other than that, the food was fine.

Order online food wasn’t ready in the given time, nor was it prepared. Walked in to pick up my order they said I had order at the wrong location. Ask me to way another 15 mins on top of the 30 that was promised online.

Don't know who works there but they have been putting me on hold every time I call to order. When I call back after a long wait, they hang up on me when I tell them that they have been having put on hold longer than 10 mins. This is terrible poor customer service. Whoever is above this location, please look into their service because of their service I have good way further drive to get the good wingstop service tastes that I acquire. Thank you ahead of time! And long prosper Wingstop as the food is awesome.

Please avoid eating here they selling old food! The grease tastes six months old. I got food poisoning from this place.

Was not very impressed! Service was not friendly, I was shocked to see food on the floor wings didn't seem to be all the way cooked, and when I asked about their website I was ask if I was going to order or not seem very rude. Won't be ordering from any more.
