I love wingstop and the food is amazing, but today I ordered my food at 10:57 and I also completed the survey to receive a regular size fry.. the lady informed me to show her the date and the time I completed the survey and i completed the survey today at 11:02... the young lady did not give me a regular size she gave me the basket that you supposed to put the corn in. They also did not put my ranch in my bag and had a problem when I asked for it. They attitudes are very nasty and I think they should be more kinder to individuals instead of trying to be rude and accusatory.

wings was raw & this location is always trash , takes forever with your food or isn’t made right. Also there is a bad odor inside of the building

Food was supposedly ready , picked up and decided to check our bag as we were driving off and out of our meals only the fries were in the bag glad we checked . So had sit and wait because they hadn’t even made the sandwiches. Make sure you check your order before you walk out.

WHAT is that foul odor❓❓❓ I can’t believe a restaurant smells like this! I did see some bloody trash when I went to restroom! And why are all their cooking things…oil etc. out in tables in plain view❓❓❓ It’s a no for me!

The fries I received from this particular location were wedge/steak-cut fries. I don't know if this is just this location but if not, this is the worst decision made to date. I had to toss the majority of the fries out.

One star does not even begin to address the issues here. Got my order wrong. Missed items that I paid for. Sign on the door says they close at 11. I got there around 8:50pm hoping to dine in. All tables and chairs were stacked so that no one can eat in so I obliged to take out. I placed my order and was very clear. Repeated myself to confirm it was right. Waited over 30 Mins for my order. At one point they said Jennifer so I assumed it was me as I also saw some voodoo fries go in the bag which was what I ordered. I get home no voodoo fries so I call at about 10 meaning the place shouldn’t be closed. “Kyla”rudely answered the phone & said we are closed and I said I wanted to speak to manager. She was in the background saying why she talking to me like that knowing damn well I can just hand up. What?! Clueless manager answered and said nothing could be done about my order because they were closed. I told her I’m sure u put my fries in another bag because I was watching them pack the orders and the name was similar. Manager then said well if you saw then u could’ve said that. First of all no- it’s not my job it’s your job to get orders right. I don’t know what other customers are ordering! I was upset because literally all I was going for was the fries and I said why if you’re not closed your sign says 11pm she then proceeded to say that at that location they close at 10. When I asked for their names the loud obnoxious girl who originally answered was in the background saying what’s her name. I requested what would be done about my order as I paid extra for my fries and didn’t get that Manager Griselda Then pretended she couldn’t hear me and hung up. Direct message at the personnel if you don’t like your job find another one. Take some pride in what you do. Thanks to you Will never return here. Wingstop can keep their ghetto personnel because most likely with that kind of customer service they won’t find a job anywhere else and wingstop will continue losing customers.
