Was not very impressed! Service was not friendly, I was shocked to see food on the floor wings didn't seem to be all the way cooked, and when I asked about their website I was ask if I was going to order or not seem very rude. Won't be ordering from any more.

Today during late lunch hour, I walked in the place to order, there was an alarm going off the entire time I was there waiting (probably a hot grease issue). It took 25 minutes to get my order with plenty of ppl playing in the kitchen (that alone I would never go back). Cashier is not friendly but wasn't mean either. I didn't eat much of my food. The fries look like they were cooked in old grease. The wings tasted burnt and I assume the hot grease issue I mentioned above that my wings were cooked in old burnt grease. I definitely will not be returning. Also, they pretty much dropped the entire lemon pepper bottle on the wings. I wasted my time and money. The drinks were weak as well. I started not to spend money here. Lesson learned.

The young lady who helped me was so friendly, pleasant, and professional. My order was ready in the exact time she said, the food was hot, fried perfectly, and outright delicious. Kudos to the cooks/cook that day. Love it man!

Who hires these people with absolutely no customer service. The girl who claims to be the manager doesn’t even know how to speak to customers, how is she even the manager? Also, they let people steal other customers food and claim to not know what happened to the orders. Between the employees and the dashers they steal peoples orders. And management has no education can careless how to resolve customer issues. Griselda! Should be fired and investigated for allowing this to happen also needs to be sent to customer services classes.

DO NOT go to this location. I have worked 10 years in the restaurant industry and this is by far the worst place to get your food. Staff is super cold (I'm not expecting superstar customer service here), and why would I order online ahead of time just to have my order start being made when I arrive? Whoever is in charge is just as in fault, if not more, than the rest of the staff
