The food is really good but you usually have to wait extra 15 - 25 minutes when you pre order online (25 minutes OVER your estimated pickup time or ready for pickup time). So just be ready for waiting. If you are in a hurry, I would skip. It just takes too long.

from the employee attitude to the food was just nasty. fries were soggy and bland. wings were so well done they were dried out! they didn’t have a manager in the store and also wasn’t taking walkin orders until 1 which is made up because i have walked in before 1 and placed an order . they were not busy at the time
very upset with this location, not coming back again. the person working the register was lovely. I was adjusting my order and they needed a manger. the manager was unfriendly and rude. I was ordering through the employee and I noticed as the employee reached to put my order in, the manager pushed her hand away and whispered something. Didn’t say a word to me, not even “hello”. I got my food (chicken sandwich) after 20 minutes and it was literally rock hard. I could knock on the bun and it wouldn’t press down like bread should do.. Bring back the old managers PLEASE (Charles or Mae) and THANK U

I had an outstanding experience thanks to the young lady working at the front. She was incredibly kind, patient, and considerate throughout my visit. I was impressed by her ability to handle multiple tasks at once with ease — answering the phone, taking orders both in-person and over the phone, all while maintaining a clean and organized lobby. Her excellent multitasking skills and warm demeanor truly made my visit memorable. Highly recommend this location!
The restaurant is never busy, however there is always a wait of at least 15 minutes when I arrive to pick up my online order and the staff is always goofing off in the back.

Staff do not take orders over phone- refused for an order 40wings. Phone call wait time too long Manager refused to allow staff who answered my phone call after holding for 3 times. Staff cussing while customers waiting over 25min for food. Came in person to order- could've had my food order ahead but unable to order online system was not functioning. Now over 30min still here waiting while other clients have waited longer. I hope our food is hot-

The manager Todd went above and beyond to correct the mistake of one of the cashier's. He deserves a promotion, a raise, a praise. His dedication and work ethic deserves to be recognized. Any job would be lucky to have him.

The fries were stacked so I figured I got served old fries just sitting there, they weren’t seasoned. And the ranch seemed off, I’ve had ranch at Wingstop many times this one tasted old & slimey. Didn’t really enjoy my meal but i hungry anyways. Make sure to not use expired buttermilk that’s all.
Well usually we order takeout we enjoy the wings at home with family time. Thankyou wingstop.
