I would like to start off by saying, this year alone I have ordered from this specific location over 20 times. I have literally ordered the exact same thing EVERY SINGLE TIME which is the 10 Piece Lemon Pepper Wings All Flats, 2 Blue Cheese, and Carrots. I Have never had a problem before today. In my order there were only 8 Wings instead of the 10. So I called this location and asked to the Manager. A man came on the phone and I asked was he the manager and he said "yes". I told him that I order from this loc all the time but today my order was missing two wings so I stated that I was coming back up there and would like for them to re-do my order. The "manager" who did not give his name, already had an attitude and stated that he was the one that fixed my order and there were only 16 Wings left and he put 10 in my bag. I said "sir, all I know is that there are 8 wings in my order and I'm on my way to you. He angrily said "fine" and slammed the phone down in my face. So I left my job and headed to the location (2802 N Shepherd Dr. #400) I walked in and asked the Hispanic female at the counter if she could get the manager for me. I then asked her was he the only manager there because he hung up in my face and I want to know if there's someone else there that I can speak to. She said that he was the only Manager there. A black male with a beard walked to the front from the kitchen part. I told him it was RUDE to hang up in my Face and he immediately claimed he did not hang up. At that point he wasn't trying to hear anything I had to say. I asked for his name and the store # and he Lied. He gave me Store #596 ( and I later found it was actually store #994) and he gave me the Fake name "John". THIS is the so called Manager of this establishment. The employees would not give me his name either. One of the hispanic females stated that she is new and only knew the Manager as JP. The other hispanic female (Heavy set) would just not answer me at all. There was another person in the kitchen area but they never came to the front. This was a Horrible experience, HORRIBLE Customer Service by this so called Manager, I took pictures of the Certificates on the wall to try to figure out who to call and left my food there. I will Never come back to this location! I've already complained with WingStop Corporate and I'm waiting on a call from the actual Owner of this Franchise. (I also recorded this entire interaction just in case this guy/Manager and these employees try to lie.) I'm ready! Unbelievable...all of this over TWO wings!

Tried to phone in an order at 11:45pm, they said they only take walk-in orders after that late. SPECIFICALLY asked if I walked in before midnight if I could order, they said yes. Got there five minutes before close, they said they won’t take my order that late. It’s reasonable to cut off orders that close to closing, not gonna argue that point. But when they say over the phone that they’ll take my order, I get dressed and drive over, just to be told they lied to me on the phone, well, I’m pretty sure that’ll piss anyone off. Went to Whataburger instead

If I can give no star I would!!!!!, I am that type of person that I don’t like to give bad reviews but this location here, is so difficult with accepting a $100 as a payment method… it has been multiple times that they have denied my money!!!!!!!!!! They said cuz they got a fake $100 dollar bill last week!!!!! LIKE WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ME?!!!!! SO I TOOK MY MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! NO GOOD SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!! IM A REGULAR CUSTOMER!!! And if they take your name and phone number they should definitely know who gave them a fake bill!!! SMH

Dana placed me on hold for over 10 minutes. When I arrived while still being on hold, as I sat in line waiting, she was helping everyone else. Not one time did she acknowledge me being on hold. Multiple times I saw her look down at the phone but not one time did she pick it up. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend.
